as a lower-level player when you say "We should go opposite lane in this match up" can you give the reasons why. Like with 2.6 vs Giant Graveyard why is it better. thanks
Mostly against counter decks. If you go same lane as them you’ll most likely lose because they can build up huge counters. Going opposite lane will seperate their troops and make it harder for them to go all in.

Hey Ian what is your diet? I have trouble putting on weight what do you suggest eating?
Try eating foods that are higher in carbs and fats, heathy ones like avocados or olive oil can be a good way to add some calories into your meals without adding volume. Sauces are another good way to add calories without volume but be careful of adding too much sugar. I don’t coach Ian on his diet specifically since he seems to have it figured out for his body. The biggest thing is to be consistent. I personally recommend tracking your calories every day to insure you are honestly eating the food you think you are eating

If you are truly training intensily, you should do no more than 1-2 training sessions per week, given you are training till failure.

@@A-arons_mclovinit must not be very deep into the fitness world. Mike mentzer HD hit training, search him up. The body has to recover as a whole system not just the localized muscle groups. When training truly intensily, you stimulate growth after just 2 sets per muscle group (about three for the legs). Therefore it is recommended to not go past that as it will result in overtraining, the most common mistake in bodybuilding.
