Great actress, singer, dancer, businesswoman. She exuded positivity throughout her life and dealing with her health challenges.
R.I.P. Suzanne
Lol
For sue, I admired her 💗
Turns out she had about #5bouts of Cancer start'n in her 20tys.... In her 50tys breast Cancer put her on research and writing books to share with Us... She lived Better as a result 25yrs longer than she may've otherwise.... I wonder if she found the genetic 🧬 link or exposure she may've had that made her susceptible (?) So she Knew what she was deal'n with.... Bless her 🙏🏼
ALL her efforts and examples of what a woman, a good life and healthy looks like inside Out!!!
We are Sooo Grateful you were on the planet girl! God Speed Dearheart you are Soooo missed min One you exited!!! 🌬️ 😘🕊️💔💫

Suzanne was an amazing actress, businesswoman and human being ❤ RIP Ms. Somers.
Johnny and Suzanne are from an era that doesn’t exist anymore. Miss him and she still great in everything she does.
I’m 75, but my parents and I enjoyed watching this together when I was in high school! ❤
So many stars and Entertainers with clean, hilarious fun! When I watch tv today, BLM has taken over. I don’t blame anyone except the producer’s and the WOKE Liberals and press! I’m so happy to have grown up in the 1950’s! I adore Suzanne Somers too! 🙏❤️🧘♀️🤩🤩🤩
@@shirleycooleygaI always enjoyed the company of women 10, 15, 20 years older than myself. They were more wise, kind and interesting.
Suzanne is wonderful! An actress, author, humanitarian, health advocate... she's done it all and I admire and respect her so much! Love you, Suzanne 💖!!
Rest in Peace Johnny and Suzanne!
And rest in peace Ed McMahon. An important part of the show too.
I not only miss Carson but I also miss this particular period in history. Before smartphones and Twitter and online blowhards
Same
Agreed ,
Those commercials too!
America bloomed from the 50s throughout the 80s , once Rap came then all the filth, came along with having everything made in China the technology was rolling in and look at us now ! Disrespected by those who are sucking up our tax dollars our aunts, uncles , grandparents tax dollars they are collecting it up while rioting, burning our flag and defaming our White House . Meanwhile, our poor police dept, schools, fire dept are lost kids all drugged up and smashing and stealing our department stores . We are looking more like a third world country. Our own are tired of supporting Meanwhile, Satan continues 10 years there will be all that the religions claimed upon this earth. I get sick each day witnessing this gluttony , Disrespectful brats ..❤
We had an orange blowhard in the White House.
She definitely made her mark on this world. Beautiful on the inside and the outside.
And knowing Suzanne's sense of humor getting into a little mischief in heaven.
She will be remembered for her comedy, her fashions she designed, her health books
her passion for life and her determination in beating cancer for over 20 years sadly to
have it reappear. We were fortunate she shared her life with us.
Young!middle age and aging gracefully,…. Suzanne you were and are an Angel!! We love you RIP SWEET Angel. 💗🙏
Gosh I miss the good old days
I always have and will be a die hard fan of Suzanne Somers
She could sing, act, and dance, was an author of 25 books, and was an entrepreneur of several health, fitness and jewelry items, and was a chef and a poet.
wow! What an example of really living your life .I was just wondering how many books did she write ...
And on top of ALL of that she had a strong and successful marriage; a rare thing in Hollywood.
27 Books….Amazing woman..SMART & Talented❤️❤️❤️❤️
Damn good for a 'nobody' that
Left it All on the field 🏑 as they say in sports.... She just showed time & again what Spirit & talent Really Is.... God Speed gir... you were Loved! 🌬️🕊️🌹
Amazing, loving, shining star. RIP Suzanne. I will always think fondly of her.
I had no idea she could sing so well! Enjoyed watching this 💙
That makes two of us.
Suzanne never stops amazing! I never knew she could sing and YES she can sing!!!
😃And she can strip. And the reason the camera was so far away is because she was lip-syncing...such talent 🤣🤣🤣
Johnny showed em’ all how it’s done. I love Johnny.
Wow her voice was gorgeous! Never knew she sang.
RIP Susanne Somers. The hills were alive with the sound of music. Good one Johnny!!
I used to watch Johnny every night , never went to bed without him (smile) i miss him very much . To bad all good things always come to an end .
Like 2020....
I miss him too❤
Beauty, personality and brains. This was the first time I ever heard her sing. She was really very entertaining.
She was way more than a celebrity. That was nothing compared to the amazing human being she worked towards becoming. Just amazing.
Johnny Carson is often cited and evaluated for his humor but what made him such a star was his ability to think on his feet, respond in every situation, play to the camera and audience and talk to almost anyone of any age and background. Look at him talk to this young girl. Not many can do that with such sensitivity and ease. He sets a tone and his experience ends up being your experience. Johnny could almost teach you HOW to interact with people just by watching him. The platform he had was rare and the personality he possessed was very unique.
He was great with kids, with old people, show biz folks and non-show biz folks. It was not an interview, but a conversation. He actually listened to his guests (what a concept)!
@@Rob_Kates He was also great with animals❤
Wow ! They din’t make em like that anymore ! Johnny, Suzanne & Ed ! Perfection !
This reminded me of how much I miss Johnny.
WHAT A BEAUTIFUL CREATURE YOU WERE...RIP SUZANNE ❤❤❤
Suzanne looks absolutely stunning here!!
Omg, I never knew that she had such amazing talent. I only knew her from Three's Company. Her voice is so so BEAUTIFUL!! 😍
Women were jealous of Suzanne, her personality was a gift from God , and she was beautiful from the inside out and she lived with a positive attitude all the days of her life , through being fired from threes company , to having an alcoholic father , married young , being divorced and raising a son on her own , having cancer a few times and through it all always smiling and never heard her talk badly about any one , what a golden heart , and she passed this on in her family , such a gift she was .
That's character.... Class & everything you hope to be! ❤️
Rest Peacefully Susanne you will be greatly missed. 💔
Watching Johnny in action convinces me he is alive and still doing these shows in an alternate universe.
Lol.. that’s what I choose to believe! I watch it every night.
It takes me right back to happy times with my Mom❤️
There is a calm energy here that no longer exists on most televisions shows. Compared to Johnny, the night time guys are almost yelling now.
Love Suzanne Somers!
I love her too!
People talk so much trash about Suzanne.. she's untalented, etc... She got dealt one of the worst blows in Hollywood at the time. She reinvented herself several times over and became one of the most successful business women in Hollywood. Give her some credit people.
Hi, Suzanne!
Agreed
Suzanne is moderately talented. And no one screwed her over except herself. She was not the star of three's company. She got herself booted. She never recovered. When you act like that people don't want to work with you. I don't like working with nasty people. If someone is not a good person they usually disappear pretty quickly. She didn't have enough talent to overcome the perceived pain in the butt that she was.
Those legs, er great brain!
Her husband and manager, Alan Hamel, miscalculated badly in his negotiations with the producer of Threes Company. In so doing, Hamel got the network, the producers, and her co-stars all pissed off at her for holding up production of the show.
I grew up watching Johnny C he was too funny and always had great guests I truly miss television like this 😢
Awww I love the classic commercials it brings back soo many good memories I wish I could go back time and be happy again 😭
Suzanne is an excellent entertainer.
This the way Late Night should be......So refreshing to see this, its almost like seeing it for the first time. You - Tube is a great Time Machine.
Left out the " is ".....sorry.
As a long time fan of The Johnny Carson Show I didn't hesitate to buy the boxed set which was so funny I strained my stomach muscles laughing. The only thing was, I missed the experience of seeing the entire show. So great to see it here. It would be so great if all the entire shows were available so I could watch one every night for the rest of my life. Then things would be restored to the way they should be.
My heart sunk hearing about Suzanne, passing __ I miss her dearly. Rest in peace Suzanne ( chrisy) summers.
I miss 1982.
Wow Suzannenhas an amazing voice, very talented singer!
Not many thought she could sing or dance. But she was a heck of a negotiator with Alan. Y’all keep calling her an actress. She never did much but TV. But I thought she was a wonderful human being. She was not famous as famous goes. But should have been. But so many people became angry with she and Alan. Rest is peace
A time when the whole nation watched this show at the same time Mon -Fri.
It was amazing.
Suzanne was so talented in so many ways. Such a beautiful sexy vibrant lady. She was so amazing. She is so missed.
Please pray for Alan and her family. She is missed greatly!
Always... Glad they have each other and all those wonderful years! 🌬️🕊️🌹
People are so easily impressed
Johnny was a great interviewer. He knew how to talk to people of all ages.
She did so much in such short time…RIP SUZANNE!
Fifty years is not that short of a time.
Ed, Johnny and Doc what a class act ....never to be duplicated in.a million years.
All three of them are no longer with us.
Love Suzanne Somers! And, the "dubious achievements" are still hilarious!
Never knew she could sing. Rip 😢❤
You couldn't prove it by this.
Like the way Johnny patiently interviewed the little girl. He was great, nobody like him.
I love the shade they gave to ABC, Suzanne did very well on this show despite her troubles with Threes Company
She smartened up.
Johnny has the best interpersonal relations which he could teach.
With an over abundance of reality television, I don’t see why a network has not put together a variety show similar to the ones in the 60s 70s . There would be an audience
She has a beautiful singing voice
LOL!
Not bad, but exaggerated at times.
This was so refreshing to watch. I now realize how much I miss the good ole days of ONLY 3 networks, boring commercials and the best entertainment in the world!
Suzanne, you did a great job!!!💕💕💕💕🦋🦋🦋
I’m only watching this because I want to see Suzanne Somers and how he actually gave her her first real break and she didn’t even know it and neither did he or maybe he did
RIP Suzanne...will miss you.
Thanks for posting , I love Suzanne, wow she always had it!
Chrissy was Three's company!!
Glad to see her as Suzanne Sommer!
Kaleena Kiff played on Still the Beaver, so cute!
Always loved Kaleena Kiff. She was so poised and professional for that age. Also, it's cute to see Sarah Michelle Gellar in the Burger King commercial. Man, I miss my childhood!
Rest in peace 🕊️ Suzanne Sommer 😢
I hope someday her family and others will make the connection about her cancers and using RF microphone she began using early on in her career. She talks bout this in her talk with Johnny after her first song. I don't think she ever made the connection. A wonderful and caring soul and performer.
Omg. Classic. Hilarious. Those were the days
I've had a real shitty last few days, But after watching Johnny Carson it brings back a lot of memories and I laughed my ass off with his monologue. Glad I miss this kind of television and I miss Johnny Carson.
She had such a radiance about her. That smile... amazing! R.I.P. Suzanne.
Me too! Him ragging on Ed McMahon was priceless.
She had a very nice voice ❤❤
Ms. Sommers is a beautiful soul
I miss Johnny so funny 😂
johnny showing loyalty , by having her on his show at the height of her bad publicity.Aand that number from guys and dolls.... wow that showed courage. it's one thing to dance that in Vegas ....but quite different on the Tonight Show. love how suzanne broke the Chrissy mold, and made her millions her own way. Brilliant woman and a good singer too; what a woman
I guess I am not the only one that noticed that this had never happened before on television .. the first performance of it's kind ... not necessarily a good thing ... Not good at all .. my humble opinion I will hold all my life - Congratulations Suzanne 😤🤑😤🤑🤑🤑- you take the 'prize' (?!?)🤔🤨😔🏆🤔🤑🤑🤑😭🍀🙏🤞🖖✌️. 💪🤳
Yeah! What a winner😂🤣😂
She really was a doll. Johnny loved having her on his show.
Great that Johnny recognized the "unstrung" heroes of the string players!
Susan you are a wonderful singer..it sucks you have left us you always remind me of sun shine on a beautiful summers day. You where always a warm loving kind soul. ❤🙏🏿🌹
Love the commercials, too. And that BK commerical has two of the stars from Back to the Future II.
Great banter during the monologue! Funny stuff...
Johnny Carson is gold!!!!
She was adorable nice lady
I love Ed's laugh on the show.
God how I would have loved to be an audience member for one of JC's shows.
Yeah I should have gone with my family when I was a kid. The thought never even crossed my mind.
Thanks for posting these full episodes. Watch them in place of what they got on now.
I haven’t watched a television show since friends ( with the exception of my soap operas) I watch all the shows of the past from the 70s , 80’s and 90’s , it is like time traveling to a simpler time.
Suzanne Somers...we Love you !!!
Suzanne Somers was recently diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time.
RIP Suzanne Summers Oct 16 1946 - Oct 15 2023, died one day short of her 77th birthday.
Nothing better than a classic Johnny Carson show with a young, sexy Suzanne Somers and an Atari 2600 commercial.
I used to play those Atari games back in the day!
Ed getting a little sassy during the monologue. HIYOOOOO!
Also, I haven't heard the theme song with strings before. Great arrangement.
I love that this shows the commercials, that is so cool!
4:48 - Ed was so right here, by 1982 Johnny was earning $5 million a year from NBC for the show alone, that is not taking into account his other business interests. Loved Johnny's restrained reaction to Ed.
he spent half that on cigarettes.
Now this was late night TV.
I love the commercials.
Rest easy Suzanne! Thank you! 🤜💥🤛❤️🙏🇨🇦
Suzanne Sommers passed away Oct 15, 2023. The actor died just one day shy of her 77th birthday.
I love how he talks to Suzanne Somers with respect, and not, "Why did you ask for more money? Are you stupid or something? You were not John Ritter on that show. You're an idiot…" He's very, very cool with her.
Johnny Carson always loved suzanne.
+REMChicagoBoy You have to respect her now: she's worth $100 million -- far more than anyone else associated with "Three's Company."
She's a very pleasant person, makes for a positive viewing experience.
MrVidaeverdade yes and that's how we should measure the value and respect of humans by their monetary net worth.
She smartened up a lot after getting fired from Three's Company.
Im so glad I saw this one . RIP Suzanne. ❤ Let me just say as I read some these comments below .. Some of you people are clueless regarding this beautiful talented intelligent pioneer in bringing awareness to people searching for alternative treatments in cancer . Read a book will you.. Maybe one of Suzanne's I think 10 ..
He puts kids at ease.
Amazing quality upload, thank you much.
I miss 1982
I have seen many tonight and late night episodes where children actors were interviewed.
And I can tell after one minute if the different kids grew up with no addiction issues or a lot of addictions, drugs and so on. It’s very easy to tell for me.
And I knew directly that this Kaleena would have no major problems, and when I googled her I was right. Such a big difference in their auras, it’s so obvious.
You could have used any number of similar online services aside from one owned and operated by ''Google''(Google LLC.) in order to conduct your research
I first saw Kaleena on The New Leave it to Beaver. She is the reason I loved that show. I’m 3 years younger than her so I was a bit young to watch Love Sydney. She’s a talented actress and always came off as a sweet girl. Seeing this interview confirmed what I already knew. I’m glad she didn’t grow up to have a troubled life. She must have had a good support system and upbringing.
Plus she’s so smart!!!
I watch the show and realize WOW I am really getting old!
I lived through disco dancing and never was I afraid to ho anywhere. We stayed out and ate steak and eggs at 4am. Fun times.
18:26 - Lea Thompson and Elisabeth Shue, both who would be together again in Back to the Future Part II. 31:29 - Robert Townsend. Always fun to discover "people before they were famous" in commercials.
Suzanne somers is amazing ❤
I liked Susie on 3's company. Her bio "Keeping Secrets" is telling and so good
I'm so sorry to hear Suzanne summer's 😢died of cancer! We love you❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤!
I’m watching just for the commercials lol
Sarah Michelle Geller, Lea Thompson and Elizabeth Shue in the BK commercial!!
Mark Malcomb - Awesome commercial.. sweet of Sarah to wish McDonald's a Merry Christmas
