This is so sad and terrifying on many levels; I've been to your beautiful country & my daughters and I had a wonderful time.
Everyone was kind, pleasant, helpful -- just the best. It breaks my heart to know 3 young men could be cut down for no reason at all.
Something seriously wrong when tourists are killed & no sensible explanation is forthcoming. It's truly outrageous.

Thank you 🙏 Callum, the big koala, 33, was a member of the Australian national Lacrosse team and Jake, 30, was a doctor at Fiona Stanley Hospital here in Perth, after this trip Jake was moving to Melbourne to start a new job in a hospital there. Two accomplished young men, wiped out just like that. Their parents now have the heartbreaking trip to bring their only children, two beautiful sons, home here to Perth. As a mother myself, hearing Debra speak of her boys is too much. My heart breaks for them both, I can't imagine what Callum and Jake's last thoughts were for each other knowing what was about to happen 🐨💔🇦🇺💔🦘

Ensenada is NOT a "remote place"!
I'm an American & have been to Ensenada.
My boyfriend and I rented a house south of Ensenada on the beach.
We were with good friends (another couple) and had a lovely time. No problems at all.
Ensenada is a very tourist friendly town, lots of Americans travel there all the time.
Maybe in recent years it has changed, I dunno.
We walked through the town & checked out the shops, etc. very casual and friendly people everywhere.
I don't understand how 3 strong young men could be executed gangster-style.
They rented a B&B but didn't show up.
They do not look like the kind of people who would go looking for any trouble. I mean, who is gonna pick a fight with 3 young men??
The story that they were "killed for their truck tires" does not make sense.
This incident could, and maybe should discourage travelers from going to Mexico completely.
Given their bodies were found pretty quickly...... I wonder what kind of evidence was discovered.
I have adult children & cannot imagine the pain the families of those young men are enduring now. God be with them.
