this is a small part from it i ripped it from vhs,this explains the bad quality .im searchin it from more than 10 yrs ... without a result .. i think the track is a german freestlye/electro from 1997-1998 ... sounds like music instructor's 'electro city' with a shannon's 'let the music play' bassline .. but its different ...
Yeah, I posted a track on TH-cam entitled "Please I.D. Track from '97 or '98" which resulted in a German Electro/Breakbeat track called "Ain't It Funky" by Intelligent Concept which actually was released in '95. A local DJ enhanced the track full of samples which made it better. Check out Intelligent Concept on Discogs and just maybe you can branch out from there. Good Luck!
