This game is all about fun. Much like Counter-Strike, Overwatch, and Rainbow Six: Seige. People play them for the fun they get out of it and.. skins. This game is the missing link I have been needing to fill for a while. Fast-paced good quality games with a unique spin are hard to come by these days. I get where your coming from and it sounds like it might not be your game to get completely nuts and do ranked matches. That's cool, they know the player base pretty well and did the 60 round for a reason. I've been playing non-stop even when the beta was out and now I'm 75% done with the battle pass. I'm positive it will last for years to come.
Yeah I might just have to give it some more time to find more of a purpose for myself. I really do hope the game lasts long, it has potential to overtake many games
I mean the game is really fun, if you want sweatier gameplay, you can grind for rank. Since you have nothing to grind for, and you can also grind to unlock the rest of the equipment and weapons to test out. The game has a lot of potential. And the devs aren't gonna stop there content wise, I'm sure they're cooking with how well received the global launch was.
You can have your own opinions, that's fine. The enjoyment comes from a refreshing, reasonably balanced and well thought out shooter. We don't need a bunch of shit to do when the gameplay holds itself up. This is why games like counter strike have barely changed and has been going strong for over 20 years. Complaining about 60 games to play ranked is nothing. What do you want? 10? You need the resources to unlock the items you need for each class, and a solid understanding of the game before you want to try and take it seriously. This is what RANKED is for. It's not a casual game mode. You're also playing on controller and trying to snipe. So I'm really not taking anything you say with any validation. You sound very young too. This game is not for you. And that's ok. This is the style of game that older generations more or less grew up on. Solid gameplay that holds up. We don't need 5000 challenges to do, 700 skins to unlock, 87 maps to play... If you enjoy grindy games there's plenty of others out there you might enjoy, such as going for interstellar in call of duty. Gone are the days when games like call of duty could stand strong with gameplay alone. Now they have to introduce 900 skins to unlock to get the cool uber gucci mega camo because the gameplay is so stale no one would play it otherwise. This game is not for you. Move on, it's ok.
Could not agree with what you said more. This kid wants CoD with a dash of Battlefield, while those of us enjoying it are enjoying it because that's exactly what it is not. I stopped watching the moment that he said that 60 games was too much and so he hasn't played any of the ranked, yet is griping about how there isn't enough content and the gameplay isn't enough to hold it up. Of course it isn't if you don't have anything on the line and aren't playing the actual grind of the game. Dude really played like 5 hours of this game and then tried to make a semi-review.

there are also different types of grinding, i don't like grinding for content but i love grinding to get better and improve my skill. I think the grinding he was refering to in the video is more the 2nd type since he mentioned ranked and shit, correct me if i'm wrong.

100% agree, i was actually mostly tired of grindy games, i was needing something that was just fun
