It might be worth trying Supervillian SSG Vegeta's super soul with an Ultra Instinct Female Majin, since it gives you the same reduction to stamina break time as the Goku Black one, but it also gives you a stackable boost to attacks and stamina recovery when stamina broken (breaking your own stamina doesn't count anymore, unfortunately).
What about with kioken? Cuz if it counts with kioken..... I'ma be on demon time on my female majin kioken x20 using divinity unleashed and spam gigantic explosions as it WONT consume stamina meaning you only lose 6 ki and can use it mid combos like an evasive.... It's gonna be WILD...
A good kioken x20 gigantic explosion remote serious bomb destruction concerto meteor after every grab xy spamming male Saiyan.... With the stamina reset super souls like god Vegetas or Goku blacks

I have “something deadly is about to happen” to heal him when opponent has more ki than me but is the broly or stamina regen super souls better for an invincible tank nemekian build?
Ui? Bruh try me with KIOKEN... Being 160 means your pretty much GUARANTEED to have insane amounts of stamina to burn through... Combine that with "there was actually five of me" or "i like you better when your mad" and your basically cheating because you have INFINITE VANISHES for most of the match.... And combine this with some skills that use stamina like the broly moves and your downright EVIL
Not getting any buffs with ultra instinct is absolutely diabolical in itself
Maybe a speed increase would make it a bit better

Not to be the "word police" of supersoul effects but it says "when the opponents ki is 80% or higher" its not determined by your ki at all only theirs
