Well done for recognising your feelings and the need to look after yourself. I’m 16 weeks post partum with my second child and my body is responding so differently to how it did with my son. We are ever changing in our own beings but being pregnant with , birthing and then caring for these tiny humans changes us in ways I could never anticipate. I never expected to feel the loss of identity as much as I did (far more again first time around) and I’m comfortable finally with my new body. Did a quick fast fashion dash last week (I’m not perfect even though I’d love to shop second hand I just don’t she the bandwidth right now and find sizing/style/quality difficult to gauge. The shop made me feel like I was evolving as a person though as I’ve added different styles because the old silhouettes now don’t feel as good on my current body. Exocrine times! Congratulations Carmen, lovely to see you thriving! X
Thank you :) And that's so amazing to hear! I found a similar thing - there is just no way you can anticipate it before it's here. I feel foolish thinking that I could! I love your use of the word "evolving" there, too. It's a nice way to frame the change and probably more accurate. I still feel a little lost but I think so much of that is due to how unpredictable life feels at the moment. But it's nice to have little footholds as we navigate our way up. Thank you for sharing your experience! X
I think I had a smile on my face the whole time I was watching this! My due date for my 4th baby is in 2 days and I'm already excited to say goodbye to my pregnancy wear! 😊
Maybe you can shorten the sleeves on the dress so they don't get in the way? Love all the skirts you found. The plaid one with the new top is a very cute outfit.
You're smart and soooo funny😁 The last time I had a good laugh on one your videos was when you told the story about being bit on your foot while on vacation. 😂 Love the new look, Glow-Mum❤
Love the dress! (And your hair looks great.)
Thank you so much!!
