    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    I love your workouts Coach K and Claudia! You're motivating but kind at the same time. I love how there's usually an easier modification for each exercise. Certain exercises I can handle the standard with you Coach, but others I need to just work through with Claudia lol. I love the commradarie between you two. Definitely keeps me going. Thank You for all you do and continue to do. You two are the best!

      16/Dec/21 Couldnt do my usual 4kg pair of dumbells. Had to switch to the 3kg in betweeen to get the form right. But Ill get there. Thank you again. Will try to focus on nasal breathing more next time. I noticed I switched to mouth breathing in between.

      4/Feb/2022 Again, had to take a short break from working out with you and boy did I miss you guys. THe very first one with the bat wings is the hardest right now for me with my 4kg pair but I definitely feel I can do it- with a lot of huffing and puffing and breaks. But still! Getting there thanks to you!!

    This routine is not as intense as a lot of the others that you have made but I can feel, as promised, it was a total body workout. BTW, thank you for including the stretch warmup and stretch cool down. The stretch down in particular was a great bonus.

    I have been working out with you guys since Year 2016. Thanks for the great variety of workouts and your constant motivations during every work out:) I had just purchased the Torch 30 and muscle building program, and was wondering which program should I do first? I wanted to build lean muscle but am worried that I will lose my muscle mass if I do the Torch 30 after the muscle building program. Can you kindly advise me? Thank you Coach and Claudia!

    I only just started working out with you two wonderful people about a month ago, I found out I had 3rd stage Kidney disease and straight away I cut out sugar and dairy and lost 4 Kilos and can see the tone coming back to my once selvet body 🤣 I find Claudia doing the easier movements great when my arthritic hip can't do certain moves. I have never been one to exercise having never needed to, when I was young but I find myself really enjoying this. My husband did join me up to a Gym but I put on 5 Kilos in the 3 months I was there. 🤷‍♀️😡 I can really see the improvements doing your routines its great and cheaper on the old budget! Congratualtions too on your new member of the family ❤️
