The ultimate Eminem song in my opinion. This still to this day is my absolute favorite Eminem track for many reasons. It also has my favorite line of his of all time " I don't get pissed y'all don't even see through the Mist how the f*** can I be white when I don't even exist"...still gives me chills.
I remember when this album came out watching as people listened to this or My Fault or As the world turns, etc and they always had the look of " wtf is this? Wtf am I listening to? Holy shit"
Props for getting the cage reference A lot of people don't know em has referenced or dissed or referred to a lot of underground or indy label etc. Artists on major label album releases over the years
@@zambakuji5921 see, Cage was a rapper, who accused eminem of stealing his style, his horrocore way of writing and persona style. EM was saying that he indeed bought a tape of Cage but it was soo bad that he opened it and dubbed it, means that he treated it like a blank tape and recorded his own music over it, because of course back in the days one could actually record over cassette tapes.
Learnt something today. Never knew the meaning behind the Cage reference. That's why I love these reactions. This stuff was so funny when it came out. You had to laugh at the lyrics and the outrage they caused. For a rapper to blow up in the UK the way Em did is outrageous. When you consider that NF has made the UK Top 40 singles chart just once with "Let You Down".
Lol! Love it. And these are some of my first videos I ever posted. Congratulations! You found the beginning of the channel when I was in my “trial phase” 😊
I only wanted to hear this album cuz of Hi My name is, but this was the first song I heard from TSH LP. It was then when I went, “Oh, he’s an actual rapper.”
Oh man does that make anybody else feel old even a 5 year old or 6 year old as of this writing msy not have even an idea what jerry slringer is like the tv show man like how many have heard of that being as iconic as it obviiously has to be for as long as it ran
Lmao just realozed... in a good way you seem to remind me of a dude that was actually as a staff member a person i met at a daytime school bacj in the 2010s at a sort of anger managment program for kids with that issue or other stuff as weird as that sounds... but like in a good way if that even makes sense
Also great old em: th-cam.com/video/x_YRAZsmz78/w-d-xo.html with missy Elliott. I love missy but she’s trying to hard here to fit with em imo but em is awesome here
An infinite he gave people what they wanted but that wasn't good enough so I think he went to this side because you didn't have anybody playing this shit and people really wonder why kids ate his albums ik That Eminem says that but I mean it

I ripped her fucking tonsils out and fed her sherbert. I can’t believe he didn’t “commit suicide” after that one lmao.
It annoys me that so many people don’t get this line but I’m also glad someone appreciated it, love this line!
Yes
I was hooked in 99 when I first heard, "I get a clean shave, bath, go to a rave, die from an overdose, and dig myself outta my grave"
Lol slim shady was wild, so much nostalgia, love his humour in this

@@CliffBeatsOfficial you should react to Obie Trice feat Eminem Hey Lady
I'm pretty sure the woman in the Bitch Skit is Henry "the Fonz" Winkler's daughter. I think the voicemail was real too
I didn’t know cage.. the only thing I missed in this song
I only wanted to hear this album cuz of Hi My name is, but this was the first song I heard from TSH LP. It was then when I went, “Oh, he’s an actual rapper.”
