this place sucks in comparison to places down the street. Like literally right down the street. The amenities are small, the floor plan is weird, the lobby is tiny in comparison, no restaurants on the base. I think everything in this building seems like they cheaped out in comparison to other places directly on Rainey or right next to it. Don't waste your money here and look at some of the other high rises right in the direct vicinity. The places I am talking about are also a lot cheaper by about 1-2k and are brand new as well. This landlord is about to have a very rude awakening
