This is my best guess to the PCI thing being smaller at certain times. I assume you're talking about whenever you're just moving it freely before the pitch is thrown? If so, it could have something to do with the hot zones each batter may have? That's my guess. Would also assume vision has the slightest thing to do with that, but I think vision is mostly just for the initial PCI size.

You know what’s weird? I did the same thing just literally last night. My CAP pitchers deliver is lethal. Looks almost submarine but it’s not. Try it. Generic Windup 89 I believe. It’s side arm with some crazy arm movement. My pitchers only attribute that’s maxed is H/9 at 125. Everything else is mid. Like 60’s, 58’s but I throw lasers. I take it that if I keep grinding, and become a diamond, he’ll pitch better? Do you have to keep adding him back to your lineup as you get better like to update it?
The pci shrinks when the ball is out of the zone. Doesn’t matter if your pci is in zone it’ll still shrink. Bad ball hitters I think their pci stays the same
