years from now we'll look back on this video as a watershed moment in the blurring of music equipment tutorials and post-emo that produced gearmo, the most successful popular music genre of the 2040s
Diffraction occurs when a wave passes through a "hole" or grid of some kind _and_ the length of the hole is somewhere close to the wavelength. The result is that the wave now propagates as though it emerges from the hole. The diffracted wave remains "coherent" meaning that the phase of the harmonics remain stable. The reason it's relevant to audio is that when the diffracted wave hits its own reflection or another diffracted wave, interference occurs. Diffusion in math/physics is very general term referring to a kind of random motion. A diffused wave is decoherent, so interference won't be a problem.
This is f'ing amazing dude, possibly the best format for a gear demo I've ever seen. Watching with my sis who doesn't know or care about synthy stuff at all, she's totally mesmerized and actually following what you're describing.
I finally know what some of the functions are, thanks to your using them in the song and showing as you deploy them. This is one of my favorite things today.
TH-cam is all "You like gear demos, right?" And I say "no, I like *Jeremy's* gear demos." And the algorithm gives up, and tries to show me True Crime content.
Never fail to keep us on out toes and thoroughly entertained. Keep it up friend, I laughed so hard when I heard gamechanger reference your video in one of theirs.
I've got this running while I work on an electronics project. I paused the video, and lyrics just continued for what I was doing: this project has lots of tiny screws has lots of tiny screws tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny screws whoop PWEEE there goes another one why do they do that? i am so clumsy this floor must have a dozen dozen screws on it
mom, I am sorry for the delay in sending you a mother's day card, I was recording a knob and it was too wet so I had to wait for it to dry out. I hope you understand, but please leave me unfiltered feedback. Love, your spawn
very original, i guess only you could make such a video. however, it's not really useful as a presentation of what this module can do and how it reacts to different sources. for this, a traditional walkthrough is better. and also, red just means red, doesn't it?
I fail to see why describing machine design has sny relationship to the emotive, melencholic , moderately sad ( nostalgic) chord progressions and melodies. Are you regretting your purchase or gift?

I genuinely think you're creating a new genre of music/video with these. Incredible stuff.
I don't think I have ever smiled this much during a module demo. Beautifully done.
Oh watch his meta module one!
This is now the gold standard for gear demos.
Sublime! 😂 Very creative! 👍🏼
Quite possibly the best module demo ever.
"I asked the maker if they cared that I showed the panel with the wrong things on it" ... hahaha!
:)
Ben, I'm hoping you'll follow suit and do a song for a demo
I do like this video. Thank you.
These vids are creative, fun, informative, and just a joy. Keep on rocking it, Jeremy.
I won't forget.
"So dad, what were you doing in 2024?"
"I was watching this guy sing weird sh*t into a eurorack module. It was magic."
Awesome video dude, now imma be walking around the rest of the night singing, i like it weeeeeeeeeet!
I love when you say "eeew" and "this is the worst part of the video" and it's actually my favorite sounds/part of the video
i'm crying laughing -- this is peak module content
This was really nice to listen to! Thanks!

OMG I love this soooooo much! ❤😂🎉

I love this so much
Jeremy, you are a legend
I’m not sure if this beats Bowser, but it’s excellent
omg this video is pure genius .... just when I thought I was immune to your demo tricks lol . This module is now on my watch list.
You are precious
You are a freakin genius!
Said it before, i say it again: You are a Genius ❤
How did I miss this one 😂
Great stuff Jeremy! Wasn't expecting my day to start like this, but here we are lol
That was quite a ride, thanks, man!

i really love the video content too, the drum/guitar in sepia, this entire video is a gift that keeps giving the closer you look.
King

Stunning prez sir RMR, bravo, now I think I need it :D
I am not sure if anybody has told you, but you sir, are a genious.
I wish all education was in this format
My favorite member of your band is the Jeremy Reverb Brooch.
Help him hes trapped in there because of a witches curse
Thanks for the video. I almost bought this delay.
Brillian!t! Loved that!
great job!
I love this new Flaming Lips single.
Bravo!
Excellent, original presentation ❤
So cool 😊 excellent inspired creativity !
your demonstration is way more better than the module ,

So. Good.
lol. This was inspired. :)
/me lights a lighter and sways it in the air and sings along to "clock delay"
Also i think clone harmony Jeremy might be trapped in the jewel broach
Where do I preorder the singing panels???
When do these dynamic eurorack blank visualisers come out?
What were you using to sequence the Surface?
Rad video. But the vocal was clipping the whole time and I couldn’t tell what was even being processed. But that’s ok. It was funny. and clever.
yes but the "worst part of the video" lead to my favorite of Brooch Jeremy's lines: SUPER BANJO
Are the knobs wobbly? or is just my impression.
Everything is wobbly, after this event. Wobbly and wibbly. Cinéma is both vérité and mensonge.
Yah, I'm not here for the gear either, I regard blue means recording as sort of exotic intellectual biskuit for my brain. ((:
❤ Blue Means Recording

I feel so schwammy right now.
It's like right-now-me and 20-years-ago-me are forced to make a record together despite the fact that they hate each other
I am not into modular, but I am into creative videos
Ghaaa - that blank is supposed to be upside down, it's from altered states
“Schwamy”❤
