@mmeduvennet3316 The whipped cream lost all its air. So the pudding won't have a lite and fluffy texture. Then again after adding all that on top there was no point in folding it in.
I too would dissolve the pudding before adding the whip topping. That's so you wouldn't get that gritty tase of the pudding powder in your mouth . I'd use ganache instead of that canned frosting. That stuff is so sweet.

It's just like an eclair cake except the bottom is oatmeal cream pies, and one layer is chocolate instead of all vanilla. It's probably delicious and definitely a special occasion dessert.

I ate Little Debbie. Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Cookies from 1979 to about 1994 but then, as most companies do, they changed the formulation and started using High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) and preservatives because they don’t want to go to the stores to replenish the cookies every 2 weeks or so but instead want them shelf stable for 3 or 4 months. She’s using Kroger Whipped Topping, Dolly Pardon Chocolate Frosting, Graham Crackers and Jello? This dessert is a diabetic nightmare!
