- MONAY & KOREAN CHEESE GARLIC BUNS
1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
1 cup water at room temperature
½ cup white sugar
1 piece whole egg
¼ cup butter (salted)
4 cups (600 grams) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup powdered milk
½ teaspoon salt (only add if using unsalted butter)
Korean cheese garlic filling:
1 cup cream cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
2-4 tablespoons minced garlic

Hi chef RV ask ko lang po kung pwede po ba gamitin yung dough nyo for pizza crust para po kase ang sarap, natutuwa po ako pag tinitikman nyo na po yung gawa nyo ginugutom po ako..hehe sana po mapansin gustong gusto ko po kayo mag explain hinde po kayo madamot para po kayo yun Prof ko magaling mag explain na medyo strict pero mabait po .. hehe 😊
