    In autumn there are a lot of Kousa Dogwood trees with fruit but the fruits are really hard to eat. There are a lot of seeds and very little pulp inside the tough skins and dont really "fruit" much taste. So, thought about making a syrup with all the hard-to-eat berries. Turned out pretty good and fruit and light rather than a sometimes heavy maple syrup. Highly recommend makig a syrup or even jam with all the dogwood berries this season!
