Yes indeed very nice and simple. Instead of bacon ,use fried mushrooms 🍄 fried in olive oil with garlic salt . Add peas for greens ..together makes it more kosher too...great dish you made. Congrats 👏. G'day from Australia 🇦🇺. :) 😀
