Kailabgan maluto ito ng mabuti sa tamang oras at init para maiwasan ang food poisoning sa bacteria na galing sa hilaw na karbe/dugo. At sana sa pag serve nito ay mas mabuting gumamit nalang ng bagong sandok para maiwasan ang cross-contamination sa unang sandok na ginamit sa hilaw na marinade kanina. Pwede ring ihalo ang onion at iluto pag luto na ang sauce kung gusto ninyo ng hindi 'overcooked' na onions.

Id put the sauce and most of the onions under the liver. Just a few onions on top. You want to show of the liver. It also seems like you cooked the liver very long.
looks good, but if u could just add main steps in english! i didnt understand what was going on at the end: how long did u cook onions with marinade and did u add something at the and when the dish was served? if you could just clarify that i d definitly try! thanks!
