Lyrics
An old game of hide and seek
Falling in and out of trees
I guess that's how you knew me
Is that how we used to be
Time couldn’t touch us then
Now memories from way back when
Seem perfect without much sense
Anyway, how have you been
Woah
Woah
Woah
Running was a game
Now we’re both running away
Remember in those days
We thought nothing would change
Never gonna find you
Every day felt so new
Something bout the way
Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey!
And one time, when you fell down
I cried, you helped me out
And that seems so silly now
How come you’re not around?
We really tried our best
Growing up’s such a mess
And we swore not to forget
But somehow this is what’s left
Hide and seek
Who’s gonna find you
I just wanted
Someone to talk to
Duck duck goose
You’re out of luck
Simon says
Never grow up

Amazing Band, at 62 your music makes me feel like i did when i was 18
I’m 63. Hearing the Linda Lindas feels like the first time I heard The Ramones. It feels like “where have you been all my life and thank you for coming along!”
I'm 63 seen them play twice they are Amazing. I absolutely love this song. Discovered them 2 years ago and immediately knew they were Great. Some just have it they do.
@@williamperkins2160 reminds me of listening to Berlin and Blondie in the 80s.
I can’t wait for this whole album to drop! So for every song released has been terrific.
And does anyone have more fun than Eloise rocking out on stage? That smile lifts me up every time.
Might be my Favorite Linda Lindas song it's absolutely Amazing!!!!!
Word! Been looping it all day
all their songs keep getting better and better 😭
Dang, this has 2000’s rock vibe to it. Sounds nostalgic
I was about to comment this! It's oddly nostalgic. I couldnt help but enjoy the song as if I've heard it 1000 times lol
I'm getting a post-Green Day late 90s pop punk vibe. Tilt, The Muffs, The Donnas ... good times
When indie rock was more popular
@@nnslg more like 80s new wave
@@Mogwai-z9fnah, this is more in the style of early 2000’s alternative rock vibes, similar to the early days of _All Time Low_
This song is so good and relatable, can’t wait for the album drop!
im in this haha!! in the crowd- this was at hershey, i was the blonde girl infront of the tall guy wearing a green day shirt, barricade, on the side of the catwalk! such a great song!!
I was at this show too, but you can't quite make me out in the stands in the background! 😂
@@joethompson79Haha!! such a fun concert!
Great song! Can’t wait for the album to drop
This song is actually amazing.
I love this!!
I have a lot of favorite linda lindas songs, this is one of them
I love it, sounds like a sequel to "Growing Up".
Love your music so much! Rock is in good hands. Your band make me feel so hopeful for the future. 🥰
(Please come back to Mexico City!)
Mexico needs more rock bands. Reggaeton and Norteno are fucking horrible. Thank goodness for Caifanes.
Stoked for the album
Hey, I'm in the background of this video when they show the clip of the stands from Hershey Park Stadium. Hell yeah!
I remember when people would wear Joy Division shirts.
This song is beautiful and emotional, it really reminds me how scared I am of growing up. It's all so messy and wild, but I'm glad I have this band to hold on to.
Vocal harmonies are the best. Good jam.
They have a 2000s vibe that I love.
80s new wave
Девочки, я в восторге от вас!от вас вайбы групп «Кино» и «Ария» и песни «Полковнику никто не пишет»❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Surf rock vibes. 🏝
Love the new album!
This song is an absolute banger
Awesome
Great song. 🤟😁🤟🤙🏼
Lindas ❤❤❤❤
Love it 😊
Great song
Great song as always 🖤
I keep waiting for the Linda Lindas to write a song I don't like. It hasn't happened yet!
I want to hear it on my turntable soon.
私は日本人です。
とても心に響きます!!
This is just plain awesome! Has a very 1970s retro-vibe to it. Love Mila's vocals so much. Could be the best Linda Lindas song to date!
This song really grabbed me just AMAZING!!!!! Love Mila's Vocals so Perfect. What a Great Album and such a Great Band
80s new wave
Reminds me of 90’s grunge. Sounds like ‘The Middle’ by Jimmy Eat World and ‘Seether’ from Veruca Salt. Love it!
72 years old a loving them'
so glad I saw y’all during the paramore show
Linda ❤

❤❤❤
Nice 🙂
Hmm, it's 2006 again 😅👌 I was not ready for that but thanks.
The best for pop punk rock.

Wow. Is this Good ! 🔥🎸🔥
Hey gals. Im your new fan🤘🏼❤
🚨🚨🚨 IMPORTANT BAND 🚨🚨🚨
if we lived in a sane world these girls would be a billion times more popular than taylor swift
They write so damn well. Like so many new bands and singers, you're not hearing them on the airwaves. What the hell has happened to the music industry. Nothing but sterile crap machine made soulless junk.
The Linda Linda's are damn good band.
Supposedly there are two elite businessmen that run the mainstream music industry. It's a monopoly
Sounds like Best Coast .mixed with the Go Gos. This type of music is great for riding a cruiser longboard skateboard.
This was in my recommends on a Ne-Yo song. Crazy, but cool.
I recommend the song Let's go Surfing by The Drums.
@@Mogwai-z9f great one. It's on an old Spotify playlist of mine
The Linda Lindas band name was inspired by a song called "Linda Linda" by The Blue Hearts, a legendary Japanese punk rock band.
The Japanese post rock band Mono is amazing
PARENTS: PUT YOUR KIDS IN FRONT OF MUSIC THAT MATTERS!
Punk rock is vital for the future
いいね!
This is such a great tune... aren't they like 14 years old?
This is definitely a band that has fans that want the most people possible to know that they're fans.
I'm a fan but I disagree, we don't care who knows it 😎
@@BraydenCannon no, you care.
@@mantisbog Meh I was playing into what you was saying with a little joke, this band is just ok, I doubt there's a lot of fans of this tbh
@@BraydenCannon her vocals are rare…as in undercooked.
@BraydenCannon I agree with your disagreement
