    Pandit Anindo Chatterjee
Ladies and gentlemen, prepare to be mesmerized by the rhythmic genius of Pandit Anindo Chatterjee! Born into a musical family, Pandit Anindo Chatterjee picked up the tabla at the tender age of five and never looked back. Trained under the legendary Pandit Jnan Prakash Ghosh, he quickly became a prodigy, dazzling audiences with his breathtaking speed and extraordinary clarity of stroke. His association with his Guru lasted more than 30+ years and along the way he had many associations with great masters which have given him the Sanskar that has made him into the musician and kind human being he is today. He also had the opportunity to also learn from Khalifa Afaq Hussain Khan from whom the maestro learned age-old compositions rarely heard from anyone today.
Pandit Anindo Chatterjee stands as one of the most accomplished tabla maestros of our time, having performed with legends like Pandit Ravi Shankar, Ustad Vilayat Hussain Khan, and Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia.
His performances span nearly 7 decades and made him one of icons of Indian music and art today. He has visited 60+ countries and performed at esteemed venues before august audiences. His performances include CARNEGIE HALL in New York, Royal Albert hall, Royal festival(London) and yes you got it right the prestigious Festival of Tabla in California.
Anindo ji has performed at the Rashtrapati Bhavan for president Barack Obama on his visit to INDIA, mesmerized with his TABLA, Anindo ji was offered an honorary citizenship of USA. Anindo Chatterjee has developed a distinctly individual style which reflects his authentic knowledge of the Farukhabad Gharana which he continues to perfect. He has a rich repertoire of traditional compositions along with creating many new ones of his own.
But it’s not just his technical prowess that sets him apart; it’s his ability to infuse every performance with soul and passion, making each beat a journey into the heart of Indian classical music. Whether he’s playing a solo or accompanying other greats, Pandit Anindo Chatterjee’s tabla speaks a universal language that touches the soul. Needless to say, Anindo Chatterjee stands today as one of the colossal figures of INDIA.
    Pratyush Goberdhan
Pratyush Goberdhan’s journey into Hindustani classical music began at home, under the nurturing guidance of his grandfather, the late Prof. Hari Shanker Adesh, and Pratyush’s mother, Smt. Surabhi Adesh, who excels in vocals and violin.
Currently, Pratyush is honing his skills on the sarangi with Sri Pankaj Mishra, a mentorship that has flourished over the past three years. He also continues his vocal training with Pt. Arijit Mahalanabis and his mother, Smt. Surabhi Adesh. His musical education is further enriched by brief yet impactful lessons from Vidushi Kala Ramnath on the violin and Pt. Radharaman Kirtane of the Mewati Gharana in vocals.
Pratyush’s dedication and diverse training reflect his deep passion for preserving and advancing the rich traditions of Hindustani classical music.
I hope everyone is ready to be captivated by the extraordinary talent of the next two artists Vinay Desai and Anubrata Chatterjee.
