It was a sincere pleasure to be on your show. Truly. I appreciate you giving me an opportunity to share my full story and my change of heart in many areas. I’m happy to see here in the comments that I have changed so many peoples lives for the better. That’s all I can ask for in the world of what I do. Thank you!
@@RogueCylon just skip the sponsor portion. It’s pretty much the same sponsors on my channel all the time so it’s just repeat commercials usually at the beginning of the video. If we want to create the amount of content we create, we rely on sponsors to make it doable
Thank you Thomas for all of the information you have shared and explained. I've learned so much from your content, and it has helped me for many years.
OMG Thomas is on this channel!!!! A year ago Thomas saved my life and he probably will never know it. I was over 320lbs, I looked up keto, he shows up, and 300+ Thomas videos later I lost 85lbs. He got me excited about biology, health and fitness (and I still am, every day). I’m now 240lbs and have been following Mindpump for six months, doing all their recommendations (finished reverse diet, now doing cutx3+maintenancex1), running RGB bundle this year. I will easily lose 40lbs this year and get to 200lbs with good muscle and strength. These two powerhouses have changed my life forever. Thank you both, seriously. I will somehow thank you both properly. Thank you!!!!
This one shocked me. This gave a lot of value to Thomas for me. I have been through influencer after influencer looking for someone who actually knew what they were doing and he was one. You guys are #1 and you validated him for me, so thanks for that.
Mind pump AND Thomas Delauer on the same podcast?!?! Mind Blown!! I've been keto for the last three years, losing 70 lbs and keeping it off, all from Thomas's content! I've gained almost 20 lbs of muscle and my metabolism is through the roof, all from Mind Pump Knowledge!! These 4 guys have changed my life forever! Keep doing you guys are doing! Much appreciated
Wow. I have to admit. I was that guy. I 100% thought this was the V shred guy. Thank you for this episode. I now have yet another person who’s advice I trust. Y’all rock!
I’ve been looking forward to this podcast! You Mindpump guys and Thomas are the only ones I take with more than a grain of salt when it comes to health and fitness. You know your stuff and communicate it so well.
I was at Mayo Clinic in a coma in ICU on ECMO and a ventilator for 34 days a year and a half ago. I’ve been on a journey for strength and wellness and have learned so much since getting introduced to your podcast and mind pump tv months ago. I’m deadlifting 65lbs, squatting 85 lbs and bench pressing 65lbs now. Thank you guys for doing what you do!!!❤
It has been around 2 years since I found Mind Pump and what I love about this podcast is that you get so much more than what is advertised. It's not just about fitness. You get that for sure. But you also get great bits on being helpful to people, being honest with yourself, the comradery of friends who work together and the significance, rewards and reality of being a good dad. This is why I want to click on every video - even if I feel like I'm already familiar with the topic in the thumbnail text.
❤ I'm freaking out!❤ I love how Sal can tease out, highlights that the audience could also connect with! 🙌🏼 Like the eating disorder and being parentified! So important to shed light on!
Winner Winner! Please email Ann ann@mindpumpmedia.com with a screenshot of your youtube username, winning episode number, and the email address you would like the program under and we will get you hooked up!
IVE BEEN WAITING 6 YEARS FOR THIS! Amazing that this collaboration could happen. All of you guys do so much for the community! I very much appreciate all of you. Thanks for another great episode!
Thanks! I’ve followed Thomas for a few weeks and found him helpful and balanced. I started lifting consistently for the first time in my life, so listening to both of you keeps me going! I’m thankful for BOTH of your channels!
I’ve been waiting for u guys to interview Thomas for a while . Awesome set of people on the set! Hearing Mr.DeLauer talk unedited and raw is fucking awesome!
Another great and eyeopening episode! Hearing about people’s journey with fitness and health overall is one of my favorite topics to listen to. You guys keep providing us with great content and i am so glad i found this podcast. Keep it up, and we will keep coming back for every single episode!
It was really nice to see Thomas in a different light. You guys are great interviewers and seem to pull out more substance and authenticity from who you talk to!
Love the content. All the talk on fatherhood and having to be a better person to do your best to not pass on the generational wounds is a great reminder for me with my little one.
I used to be overweight and there are not a lot of people in the fitness industry who come from that prospective. Thomas, Sal, Justin and Adam all helped me though that. This is amazing!!
Watching this collab is a dream come true. I've been watching and learning from Thomas for quite a few years. I discovered Mind Pump late last year and got hooked. Both channels are in my favorites for health and fitness.
14:04 Great to see Thomas on the show. This moment really struck a nerve with me. I started tearing my hair out (trichotillomania) when I was 17 due to very acute anxiety. Like Thomas said, and many experienced, having a shitty childhood isn't exactly rare. But things came to light at that age for me that was basically a massive barrier for me to, like most do, go on to get a job, make money, and make a better life for myself. Or at least have the opportunity to do so. I had a massive roadblock and distinctly remembering just one day out of the blue starting to tear out very noticeable portions of my hair. It seems so obvious now but at the time it just felt like a random craving I just had to satisfy. I've gotten better ever since but will still have random episodes based on stress. I can no longer grow my hair out long because the desire to tear it out seems to only increase the longer my hair is. MindPump is very therapeutic, needless so say!
It is clear to me that this guy is not only knowledgable within his lane, but I also like how he has the self-awareness to make connections to his past and not let those experiences overpower his present
This is an amazing story! I reflected on my own story and couldn't help but think that everyone that subscribes to this channel are here due to their own stories. Very powerful! Thank you
Love that my 2 go to channels came together for this awesome chat…. Got to know a little more about Thomas which was super interesting. Thank you both for your amazing content ❤ NOW, time to lift!
An awe inspiring episode to close out the weekend and set us all up for greatness on Monday. Get out there and crush Mind Pump family! Let’s go!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Happy to see Thomas there... he helped encourage me to try IF to heal my gut which changed my life and led me down the path toward fitness. Through him I found MP. Awesome. :-)
Thank you for interviewing guests with such relatable stories! You guys are changing the fitness space. I share your podcast with everyone I meet. You are changing lives! 😌 I’m 26, have been married 7 years, we have a 6 year old and 2 year old. I get just as much parenting advice from this podcast as I do fitness advice, I love it! 👨👩👦👦 Side note: Just started Maps Strong today (purchased from one of the summer bundles) and I can’t wait to go through all Maps programs. I’m taking before and after pictures after completing each one. Thank you for creating such quality programs! 😁
A few years back, circa 18-19, I was fist starting my fitness journey and Tom was one of the channels that I liked to watch for fat loss content, and unfortunately it was one of the things that were feeding into my food related anxiety. Mind Pump was one of the places that brought me back to my old self, and I'm glad they had Tom here. It was a cool conversation and I do not fear Tom anymore 😂 Seriously. I'm glad he recognizes that in his content too and it makes the whole think come together nicely for me. Crazy how things go!
Four of my favorite online fitness/health people and one wonderful conversation! I anticipated this would be a stellar talk and you guys did not disappoint. I’m a personal trainer-btw. I appreciate the four of you so much. Keep the terrific content coming!❤️💪
Ok so this is on 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 actually Thomas is very important person, one of the key persons, in my health journey that started January 2021. I was gaining a lot of weight in 2020 and I wanted to do something. So I started fasting and watching youtube vids about it. Stumbled to his channel and telling long story long 😅 I melted over 13 pounds of fat from my body during spring 2021 and I have kept it off since! Now I am also a nutrition coach and hoping to start my business soon. Also thinking of pt training someday as I would love to be able to help other people to optimize their health, fitness and longevity!!!! Thank you Thomas! Thank you Mind pump! 🎉
Chat GPT: Thomas Delauer is a guest on the episode podcast and they discuss fitness and parenting. Thank you for providing the context. Thomas Delauer is a well-known health and fitness influencer, and it's great to hear that he was a guest on the Mind Pump podcast to discuss fitness and parenting. It's important to prioritize our health and fitness, not only for ourselves but also for our children. Being healthy and active sets a great example for our kids and can also help us be better parents by having more energy and patience with them. Additionally, involving our children in fitness activities and teaching them about healthy habits from a young age can set them up for a lifetime of good health. Overall, it's great to see health and fitness influencers like Thomas Delauer discussing the importance of fitness in parenting and inspiring others to prioritize their health and the health of their families.
Thank you SO MUCH for this interview. I have a whole new respect for Thomas Lauer. Really appreciate what you all do for the community. Keep up the great work
Proverbial, you cannot judge a book by its cover. Thomas seems so much more approachable, relatable and wise beyond his years than his persona in his videos. Amazing character, great interview
Have been watching you guys for 3 months now and just enjoy the knowledge and positive energy you guys bring!! Fitness has helped me always mentally and physically and now the confidence and power I have gotten since I started to doing weights has surprised me so now I want to hit another level! Thanks for the advice

Loved this podcast! You three and Thomas in one place was a real treat to listen to. I love how all of you are willing to admit mistakes and it makes you so credible and trustworthy. Can't wait to get some more MAPS programs to add to my repertoire!
Listening to the psychoanalysis of Thomas’ fitness journey was very intriguing. It’s making me go deep on my own fitness obsession. A road I do not want to go down but know I should.
I know exactly where my fitness bug came from and it was being insecure about my body after having two kids 19 months apart. It was also something I could control when I felt like everything else in my life was out of control with a marriage I didn’t want to be in (coerced into it by family after having two boys at a young age) and playing mom to a husband who put all household and kid duties on me while also working full time. I resented everything about my life so I turned to fitness. Now it looks way different after several years, some time to reflect after a divorce and new marriage. Always important to address where and why an interest in fitness comes into life. Often it’s an insecure or hatred for ourselves. And it’s even marketed that way, even subliminally.
I’m running Anabolic right now and I am increasing the weight on all of my major lifts, but the one thing I haven’t been able to do is weighted pull ups. I have never been able to do one proper form pull up in my life. I’m 28, 5’11, 205 lbs at anywhere between 20-26%BF. I am using a pull up assist machine and decreasing the weight on the assist, but I feel like unless I do pull ups every day, if I take a week off, my pull up gains go back to zero while I am still able to do the same weight in all of my lifts. How come I am losing strength in my pull up so quick compared to everything else? Thanks for you content and I’ve been following Thomas for 2 years and it really solidifies his quality being on this show!
Thank you for your continued learnings and exploration of various points of view. My wife and I recently started on the MAPS Anabolic and appreciate all of the insights and look forward to our continued progression. Thanks
What are great guy, i have never heard of Thomas before, but i will look out for him in the future. You guys have alot of fantastic guests on your shows. Keep up the great work
Really great content and interview, was really surprised Thomas came from the private equity space. Huge inspiration for how you can change, develop and grow! 🔥

Top podcast, continuing to provide for the fitness community, appreciate it guys
Just started watching you guys a month ago. I was at 290 6 weeks ago. I've dropped 50 pounds so far still trying to drop another 50. Train every day.
Thank you for having Thomas on. Such a great watch. Just started watching you guys.
The Dream Team of Fitness conversation!!

This was great to watch. Its great seeing Thomas away from his channel and just hearing his story, which is relatable, and just being Thomas.
👍
When Thomas was talking about the need for running and the "need for a fix", I totally relate to that with swimming.
I LOVED listening to this ! I've been following Thomas for a long time, and recently got into mind pump this year so listening to this was great !
Glad to see Thomas on your show
Loved this podcast! You three and Thomas in one place was a real treat to listen to. I love how all of you are willing to admit mistakes and it makes you so credible and trustworthy. Can't wait to get some more MAPS programs to add to my repertoire!

What a great episode! I've been waiting for y'all to interview him. So fun to see some of my favorites get together.
really enjoyed the talk about parenting. keep it up. Thanks for all the information on all facts of life.
The set looks incredible. Not sure if it was just a lighting change/lenses/cameras/or both but it looks so good.
I want to pump my body💪 AND expand my mind🤯.. There's only ONE place.. MIND PUMP!!🔥
Thank you for continually bringing knowledge! One of my favorite TH-cam channels
Awesome video! I love Thomas and it was great to see my go to guys all together.
Thanks to the Mind Pump broskis for the continued content. Your workouts and insights have gotten me to be the strongest I have ever been
Start to finish, an AMAZING interview! Thank you for your honesty and vulnerability Thomas! Mind-pump team excellent work as usual.
So glad you enjoyed it!
Eye opening in many ways, awesome episode! Great way to start off the week!
Amazing conversation! One of my favourite episode you did recently 💛
Thomas is a great inspiration and a wonderful guest. Great show as usual.
My fave fitness podcast thanks for sharing all the knowledge you guys do! You've taught me a lot on my fitness journey and continue to do so daily!
Thank you for your continued learnings and exploration of various points of view. My wife and I recently started on the MAPS Anabolic and appreciate all of the insights and look forward to our continued progression. Thanks
