And backward planning and sourcing of groceries/ingredients from different places(stores) for the same. As the prices may differ in different stores.

Hey Swati just to share i wash n dry my curry leaves with a kitchen towel n leave it on counter to dry n later store in bottle it works much better then freezing i think pls do try some

I wash and dry my curry leaves and once the excess water is drained, I put them in oven for 10 mins at 200 degree F and then store them in a container.7.99 dollar is too much, I got a bunch for .99cents from no Frills.
