Dude, it just because in that place there's a summoner.. so you can train there anytime you want, and in-coming demons will never stop just unless you killed the summoner.

This is the first time I've ever heard the rumor. How I see DMC5 (if it releases): Dante is about to meet his end when Sparda intervenes. However, in the process, Dante is killed and is taken to Hell. From then onward, you assume the role of the Legendary Dark Knight and go forth to rescue Dante.
KAIL is insane... amazingly insane. LOL. I know I still like his "The Elysion" combo video above all of his vids, still... but this is pure kick-ass, as well.
