We are seconds away from the state of Missouri executing a likely innocent black man.
We'll discuss the case with St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell.
It's the third week of testimony in the Tyre Nichols federal trial. Civil Rights attorney Ben Crump is here to update us after the prosecution called more than 15 witnesses, including current and former officers and medical personnel.
Vice President Kamala Harris said she supports abolishing the Senate filibuster to pass legislation to restore federal abortion protections.
We'll tell you about a disturbing story out of Pennsylvania: a Gettysburg College student used a box cutter to write a racial slur on another student's chest.

Perhaps the reason political action committees aren’t investing in Black-owned media outlets, including yours, is that your influence may not be as vast as you assume. The Roland Martin show caters predominantly to an aging audience and a handful of elite insiders. Beyond that, the value of such investment diminishes. In a shifting political landscape, newly arrived immigrant communities are set to eclipse the traditional voter base that Democrats have relied on. It’s simply a matter of numbers-the financial backing isn’t there because the electoral weight may no longer be.

Read the court transcripts. He is guilty.
They never tested the dna in that trial. There for the jury could only go by eyewitness. Which have recanted. They tested the dna and it did not match him. DNA is the only scientific evidence we have. His lawyers wanted a new trial to show the dna evidence. Missouri never gave him that a new trial. The jury now says they were wrong and even the prosecution thinks his innocence.
do your research. dna cleared him of not being there. yet they still executed him
