He is good for the team before. But with everyone raised the level of individuals, it became difficult for his place. As a winger he need to beat with pace or with tricky skills. He need to improve a lot to get some minutes under him unless all players on right wing are injured /tired. Maybe increase his level in next 2years and force Milan buy him again. But for now he will be sold in January, that's better for both sides. The amount of work does by Saelemakers on the field is not possible for castillejo
