To make salaat facing a drawing picture on the wall is a Beddah. The salat of this imam and the worshipers behind him not only may not be accepted by Allah (Azzawajal) but also they can be subject to Allah's punishment. To bring Beddah to Islam is an act of Monofique.

Assalamu Alaikum. W e the Muslims, Must preserve the tradition of our Beloved Muhammad (PBUH) in all aspects. Did Muhammad (PBUH) put any kind of pictures or any Ayah of Koran on the wall of his masjid? |s there any records that any of his successors did that? There is no record that this had been done for many centuries to follow. This is recent innovation. Every innovations in Islam is deviation and every deviation leads to Jahaanam.
