The differences between Surabaya version and Jakarta version of this same name of this building: 1. The destination indicator for floors which way you're going is different, Jakarta version uses the newer model similar to Sequis Tower, and that's why the indicator on that version do not apply Schindler T-X sync model (head start ones) and the movement is using 5500 style even though the indicator is still LCD same as Surabaya version. 2. Floors are different for both, Jakarta version is 8 floors taller, Surabaya version has 50 but in reality it was only 40 floors since 40-49 is skipped, while Jakarta version don't skip that 40-49, that one serves 48 floors. 3. Main levels has 4-5 floor gaps in Surabaya, while Jakarta has 1 because it is very closer to mall, only level 1 and 2 instead of GF and 1.
