Great summary! I graduated in social science, all things mentioned here do have scientific backing.
Charles Duhigg has a great way of writing. Easy and so flowing that you can’t get away from the book without getting it finished
I’ve been wanting to have deeper conversations with others. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I really appreciate it!
Update: I’ve been using these techniques and they work!
Duhigg has a lot of hits. I read this from the library months ago and made an outline. Nice to see yours.
Amazing, great video as always
Thank you very much for your good work
I really appreciate this video; I know that it will help me become a better communicator.
I’m so grateful for this book 🤩what amazing advice!! I wish there was a compendium of deep questions to study 😅
It's scary how these points can also be taught to a chatbot to collect more data.
That is an amazing insight! Thanks for the tip. I was never keen on giving away information. This is probably why.
Received email and came to the video helped a lot bro . Love from India

Thanks for this! It's one of the next books on my to listen list but this summary came at just the right time to help me with improving communication right now. A helpful summary as always!
very interesting. that matches well with what a dating coach once taught me and I can confirm this works well to create great conversations with anyone.
I've come to learn about many great book and also great ideas from this channel❤ thank you
Finally, supercommunicator
1. Asking for "help" = admitting inferiority = objective structural vulnerability. And you got work and learning to do.
2. Asking to be "heard" is quite the opposite = quite detached from accountability (for either side) = directly empowering.
3. Everything boils down to this POWER game, under the surface of this mental model's arbitrary lexicon. And many others.
just keep blaming the patriarchy and see if these "super-communicators" are on your side in the long-run and for the long haul. ;)
I cannot parse this. This is so far beyond my usual trains of thought that I cannot comprehend these grammatically, and allegedly, meaningful paragraphs. Pls explain?
Great
good video and great graphics and narration. Keep up the good works
thank you !
Good day greetings
Just finished it, what a coincidence.
What about the "helped" flow?
Hi , please do a summary on The millionaire fastlane by mj demarco
this is second lesson in any basic coaching course.
Less gooo
These skills r fundamental counseling skills.its bit flawed to say people want to be EITHER heard or helped. They also want a Combination of both.so there r 03 levels here.
I dont even know how to steer communication towards awkwards and mundane
Ask, paraphrase, verify... Ok, if someone does this in a conversation with me, I'm definitely going to feel like a participant in business bullshit bingo or maybe as if I were talking to a parrot. 😂
