At 11.00min on roundabout, was right of way/priority to pedestrian or yourself. Ofcourse would slow down for pedestrian, but just want to know.

The priority in this situation is to pedestrians. Always make sure they see you, and before slowing down, check the situation behind you. Sometimes, it will be safer to keep going slowly if the pedestrian sees you and stops and there's following traffic behind.

Hi, yes you can. You cannot park on double yellow lines 24/7 or single yellow lines within the hours of operations.
