In case anyone need the awakening skill, its already on wikia, here are they though
When main weapon (MC only):
All allies gain DMG Absorption upon using Elemental Phalanx
When main weapon (MC only / Requires an auxiliary weapon):
Boost to Bounty success rate.
When a foe's Surplus Bounty lvl is 5 or above:
Normal attacks deal 3-hit DMG to random foes.
When main weapon (MC only):
Gain Double Strike upon using Norden Harr

Can just slot in whoever else is useful in backline
Unfortunately the plain DMG she deals when MC CAs is unique to her & is important here if you wanna clear those omens consistently
No replacement for it so just be prepared to potentially fail more of the plain DMG omens
