Join us for a typical day measuring photosynthesis in the field at Harvard Forest. Lony uses the LI-COR 6400XT to run CO2 and light response curves on tree seedlings for their big summer REU project. Lony makes it look easy, but LI-COR users know that mastering the machine takes a lot of training. Enjoy!
