Good morning and happy Friday ☕ I hope you enjoy this early video. I included my eyebrow routine because a few of you have asked me recently how I do them. There are so many recommendation videos out already that I thought it would be fun to do a GRWM with some of my favourites found at Sephora. I've already placed my order with my morning cup of coffee. I repurchased skincare, haircare and SPF essentials. What are you planning on getting during the sale? 💄
Over age 70 and I am almost finished with my first bottle of La Mer lotion and I do think it’s good for my skin tone and absorption of other products. However, after using travel sizes of Sisley, I ordered their night lotion and a moisturizer to replace the La Mer. I can’t resist trying new luxury “potions” when there are good gift sets or discounts. Thank you for excellent information on a variety of products.
Hi Allison: Thank you for this great video. I also purchased the La Mer lotion after using up a (generous) sample. Here is how I use it: I pour some in my hands and moisten my entire face and neck about 60 minutes after applying my tretinoin; for my skin, it’s sufficient overnight moisture. If you need extra moisture, the lotion is an ideal first step, to enhance the penetration of any richer night moisturizer. Thank you for the eyebrow tutorial. Have a great weekend.
Loved the video! You look lovely. I’m wanting to try some Prada beauty. Sometimes thats happened to me with other brands and La Mer skincare is so pricey to not absolutely love it. I currently use the Dior Prestige line and have mostly everything apart from the new night cream which is £500 😮 which i cannot bring myself to purchase just yet as i do love the line but for that price it needs to do a Death Becomes Her and make me look 20 years younger 😂 💄🩵
💄I have a deluxe sample of the Prada matte lipstick and it’s so nice I need another shade in a full size. Love the one you used here. Thanks for sharing.
Another great look and your skin looks AMAZING! I would have never guessed you had dry dehydrated skin!💄 Also, I feel the exact same way about samples and mini size products! They always seem so much better than the full size but I thought it was just me having buyer’s remorse 🛍️
Beautiful look! I’m not shopping the Sephora sale this time around, but I’m enjoying hearing about everyone’s favorites. If I were to shop it, though, I’d stock up on the Peter Thomas Roth masks (especially the pumpkin enzyme one and the blue one). I heard you mention that you and Charlotte Holdcroft did a video together a few months back…why do I not remember this?? 😂 I’ll just blame it on stress and age…lol…and then go look it up! Hope you have a fun week!
Sa💄💋💗 Hi Ali, great video. I didn't know about the "wait 30 minutes after moisturiser and also after sunscreen" advice. I'm retired but I don't have that sort of time in the mornings. So I'm like you, I just put products on my face one after another. Great look though.
Beautiful cool toned look, Allie! I loved the grey Prada eye look with your gorgeous and classy perriwinkle top. The grey lid takes on the color of the top ~ absolutely stunning! Wish we did get Prada in Sephora Canada. Not that I could afford it right now but it's just nice to know we can easily access it if we want. Lol! 💄💖P.S. I must say I'm a little jealous as I do love La Mer. I wish I always had the original La Mer moisturizer alway at hand as it's a boon if my skin is acting sensitized or after any weekly mini at home facial or a particularly vigorous facial treatment the moisturizer always calms and heals my skin with it''s "miracle broth": seaweed and fermented seed powders and minerals. If I could always have a tub of that and the oil, I would be in heaven! But i agree, das expensive! So, I generally keep to the sample sets during the holidays and savour them as long as I possibly can. 😉
I did pick up my staple on repeat purchase Sephora Brightening Eye Cream with Caffeine and Hyaluronic Acid cream. I have sensitive eye's and it's easily absorbable, unscented, non-milia producing (I'm a bit prone to that) and super affordable and with the 30% off it was perfect timing to replenish as I had just run out and was about to panic. Lol! Fun fact the Sephora Collection Eye cream is made in Paris, France on the Champs-Élysées no less. Very high quality product with a simple yet effective ingrediant deck. What I was dissappointed in was that the samples I chose, Sephora decided to adlib and give me what they wanted. What the hey! 😳I guess they ran out that quickly and tried to compensate. I'm seeing this more and more with my Sephora orders and cross my fingers now hoping and believing that I got the samples I chose. 🙄 I wish I could've picked up more but momma had to conserve ~ no more money fly this year. 🤑
I like the La Mer products but I don't love them, which is very unfortunate for me but maybe it's better for my wallet that way? LOL I too get some redness and sensitivity and I have better results with some pharmacy skincare like the La Roche Posay Baume 5.
Hi Alli 💄We do have Sephora in Australia but not all brands stocked here are the same as in the US (some are stocked at competitors and many brands we don’t have at all like Merit). Also our Sephora sales never coincide with the US.
I just went on the Sephora website to purchase my favorites and I noticed that the Armani luminous silk foundation is priced at $94 when it is usually $68! Then I went to look at my hair mask which is usually $68 and they upped the price to $90. I hope this is a mistake. I can get these items other places for the usual price.
I was just thinking about how beautiful your skin is! Maybe the La Mer treatment lotion is working. But I know what you mean, when you spend so much on a product you expect results!💄
🩶 beautiful look 💄 I have never tried la mer products because of the price 😢 the only splurge I allow myself is the beloved Chanel, it would be amazing if they did a lip oil range. I’m still waiting for Guerlain lip oils to come here to Australia. Also keen to try the Rare Beauty range, the blushes look so silky. Have a wonderful day ❤
Couldn’t find the lipstick emoji, but I’m here until the end. I am mostly just re stocking my favourite skincare and hair care. I did decide to purchase the new Danessa Myricks Bloom palette. Do I need it? No, but I love the colour story, so the sale sucked me in. For whatever reason, I also had to try the Saie liquid blush in pink for summer. I bought the chili chase for the winter and enjoyed it, so I thought it would be fun for summer.
I am over La Mer, there are plenty of other products out there! I agree it is hard to sustain that skincare budget when you are not getting a facelift in a jar. 😂
Ha! Right? I literally laughed out loud. It’s a good moisturizer, but the price makes me want it to do more…like empty my dishwasher after it runs its cycle.
La Mer cream reminds me of wall paper paste… over it! And too elitist for me. Maybe the full size purchase played on your psyche of overconsumption, ensuring you not to enjoy it… that’s what goes down with me🤷🏼♀️

Thank you for sharing that info! ❤❤❤
I was actually going to get the Prada lipstick in B101 too 😍💄😍
It's such a gorgeous nude! I think that you'll love it 🤎
Love that eye look Allison , it’s perfect! 🥰🥰💄
Thank you darling 😘🥰
“Dehydrated husk of a person” 😂😂😂 I love your vivid language today, Alli! 💄
I wanted to pain a picture 😂
Happy Friday 🎉🎉💕💄💄
You too!! 💗💓💞💕

Ha! Death Becomes Her is such a good movie! I agree, skincare at that price should come with more bells and whistles 🩷
😂
Gorgeous look, as usual! So sad though that Prada cosmetics are not available on Sephora Canada…. 😢 Great video💄💄💄
Thank you! That’s a shame. At least we have Clé de Peau on the Canadian site ❤
@@AllisonChase true- fair enough! 😊
Their SPF is amazing but pricey, at least with the discount it feels slightly less steep.
Ferris Beullierian… love it. This might let me try Prada if it’s part of the Sephora sale
Thank you!
😂
The Rare Beauty concealer brush is excellent, too. ❤
Good to know! ❤
💄I have a deluxe sample of the Prada matte lipstick and it’s so nice I need another shade in a full size. Love the one you used here.

Oh thank you! I try my best to take care of it.
Right? There was something in the travel size that was so nice it was not there in the full size.
Another great look on you. 💄
Thank you Heidi ❤
I’m going to use your link and try the Tom Ford Bronzer and the vitamin C eye cream❤
Oh thank you so much Michelle 🧡 I hope you enjoy them both.
Hi Alli, I always make It to the end of your videos and am interested in your picks from the Sephora sale. 💄💄💄❤
Thank you so much Maureen. I always appreciate your support and having your in my community 🥰💖
💄💋🫦 so beautiful as always ❤

It may be even older than a few months ago 😂 Perhaps more like a year ago 🤷🏻♀️
@@AllisonChaseit was exactly a year…I just looked back and I had given both a thumbs up 😂
Sometimes I scare myself!

Gorgeous!! Will get a few things, Thank You❤ 💄
You are so welcome! 💖💖💖
💄I’m thinking just restocks this sale, I was really hoping we got Prada at Sephora Canada but I still don’t see it. Love that look you did!!
Thanks so much! Currently, it's only available through Selfridge's right now bit.ly/49lDyJ7

I really do! I think that’s why I liked the mini travel size version more - the price was more reasonable.
💄Hi dear, so lovely make-up look. In this time I do not think buy for the Sephora sale, next time I see. Kisses
I understand 💞 Thank you for watching 💘

I heard good old fashioned Nivea is a dupe for the moisturizer! I love me my Nivea 🦋
I'll be getting that one instead next time! LOL

Is it true that they changed the TF Terra bronzer? Is it still the same/ it still great?
Oh I didn’t hear that! I love mine but I got a few years ago.
@@AllisonChase I’m not 100% but i think i remember an influencer saying that. Also apparently the large size is discontinued.
@@seektruth983interesting. When I got it there was only one size available.
Hi Allison, in a couple of your editorials you mentioned a fragrance juicy couture? Which one did you use, it was in a pink bottle?
I love the one called Viva la Juicy Noir and yes it's in a pink bottle.
@@AllisonChase 🩷
Hi Allison. Great video. One question: where did you get the Prada foundation here in Canada 🇨🇦? Thanks
I bought it when I was in London last fall but Canadians can buy it at Selfridge's bit.ly/49lDyJ7
Vous êtes très jolie Allison avec ce maquillage, j'adooooore
Oh merci 😊 Je me suis maquillée beaucoup quand même 😂J’aime aussi me maquiller de façon plus légère.
