Coach Staley has been with our program for almost 17 years, and has brought us 3 National Titles, 8 SEC Titles and 8 SEC Regular-season Championships. Respectfully, we know exactly how great of a leader and coach we have😂💯 if she tries to retire I’m sure they will tell her to go home and sleep on it; we have more work to do lmbo

Joyce & Chloe pick the minutes up. We know Tac not ready for full time but needs more than 2 minutes at end of game. She provides instant rebounding when inserted, give her 5-10 minutes if she can handle it.
Yes when we lost 1 game, i wasn't upset of the loss, i was upset the way they play like they didnt care, people was losing their minds like we are not going to go undefeated all the time , and losing my girl watkins hurt, but the way 15 start playing the last 2 games, i hope she continued to beast n get to be the player she wants to be,joyce i love her but she be missing under the goal n i need her to get that confidence that nobody can really stop her
even there haters know there a great team so not sure why you even said that. Look there a top threat to do it again with or without Watkins. there that deep. There not my favorite team by any stretch. But I respect the job Dawn does and respect how consistent they are. Only morons who really dont know shit about the game think like a hater.
The GOAT will have them playing more of a guard offense with the big girls getting some points and rebounding and..... that wonderful defense will always keep them in the game!

This is tough news for Ashlyn and the team-it’s always heartbreaking to see such a talented player sidelined with an ACL injury. Her presence, leadership, and skill set are definitely going to be hard to replace. However, this opens up an opportunity for players like Joyce to step into a bigger role, and Maryam and Adhel will need to rise to the occasion as well. It’ll take a team effort to fill the void she leaves behind. Wishing Ashlyn a smooth recovery and hoping the team can rally together during this challenging time!
This is a major blow to the lady Gamecocks but they can and will regroup in Ashley's absence. Their coach and her staff will put together a plan that will carry them back to the championship. Still too much talent on this team. Go Gamecocks! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Not really a major blow. leadership wise maybe. She was only averaging 7 points and 6 boards pretty sure you can replace that with the talent they have.
Remember the year we won our first Nattie, I will never forget when our best big Alaina Coates went down with ankle lost for season even a big post player.and A’ja Wilson was wearing special splints and coming off the bench! Dawn put A’ja at center and played small ball. First year A’ja didn’t have big Coates on floor with her. So we will work through this loss and will maybe see who blooms like A’ja did.
