I don't have an Organization yet. So I setup that 1 first; it's just got Root and my 1 AWS account. Now when I go back to Control Tower setup, it's asking for an account ID for audit/log accounts (ie, when you are at 5:45, I can't just put in an email address, it wants and account ID 12 digit #), and I put in my AWS account ID and it tells me "You are logged into the account that has this account ID. Enter another unique account ID." -- wtf?

So I decommissioned my landing zone now I can’t creat another one becuz it wants me to do some manual cleanup but I did and it still would not let me
