I feel bad for Johnny. This game is so shit and you can tell it’s more of a job for him to play this game than it to just play it. I remember Arizona which wasn’t that great of a game either but he had so much fun playing. Still love the series, keep up the good work. Can’t wait until next year with the new scouting

Videos almost daily on that series (and long videos too), because it was a game that was fresh, interesting, and entertaining. Johnny has now played NHL 19 for almost 12 hours from what I can see, including some GM mode, and we still have yet too see a video. If we don’t see a video in 1-2 days I think it’s very safe to assume he’s completely done because NHL 19 is really the only thing most people would’ve agreed we’d see some content from if nothing else.
The simulation is completely random. I've seen the problem that Johnny had in this video way too many times in other videos and my own experiences. Best team in the league or a top 5 team in the league, your team finishes with the best goals for, or best goals against, best power play or best penalty kill or even all 4 of them. You match up against some wildcard team that barely squeaked into the playoffs with a 40-33-9 record or something. You look at their team and it's a bunch of low to mid 80s in every position with possibly one or two stars, in this case, Eichel and Ristolainen. You compare your team to theirs and your team blows your opponent out of the water in every category. Then you get to the simulation where a few possibilities occur: 1) you win game 1 very easily like Johnny did and think the series should go your way. You then proceed to lose the series in 5 or 6 games.
2) The wildcard team somehow manages to sweep your team leaving you speechless.
3) Your team has a back and forth series with the wildcard team and despite the fact that you ether hold a 3-2 lead or a 3-1 lead or are even down 3-1 or 3-2, the wildcard team wins game 7 and beats you in the first round. So many times I've seen two wild card teams in the Stanley cup finals with similar records and it ends up being a 5 game series most times because the simulation is garbage. I get that sometimes when the playoffs start in real life, that wildcard team, 7th or 8th place goes on a huge run to the finals and wins or loses just like Nashville did. They swept Chicago and never looked back until Pittsburgh beat them. It's as if EA sports took the 2016-17 playoff run that Nashville had and created the playoff simulation engine with it. Yes the Nashville situation happens once in a while in real life, the only problem is in EA sports' NHL games, that is the outcome of the simulation 90% of the time when playoffs begin

Johnny I hate to be blunt, but it’s time to put up or shut up in my opinion. You’ve promised multiple things over the last 3 weeks, none of which have happened
1- On a twitch livestream you said that you were gonna start an F1 career in F1 2018 the next day, that was September 1st.
2- You promised daily uploads until NHL 19, we got 1 video. 1!! In over a two week span
3- You promised to win Detroit a Stanley Cup before NHL 19 came out, you haven’t played since losing in round 1 to Buffalo.
What you’re doing affects other people man. Many people like myself check TH-cam every day just to see if you posted, and sadly we are disappointed every day. This wouldn’t be an issue if you simply said,” boys I’m gonna stop posting videos all together, or I’m gonna take a 2-3 month break.” But no you have to promise you are gonna get back on the TH-cam grind, when based upon your actions the last 2-3 months I find it hard to believe you actually believe that when you say it. I hope NHL 19 sparks your creative content juices again, but if they don’t please do us all a favor and just be honest that you can’t continue to make videos. Like when you said you’ve been busy that kind of came across as a slap in the face lie because anyone with internet access can see that you are on Xbox or steam for a minimum of 2-3 hours per day. So it’s not really that you’re busy, you just don’t wanna make content anymore. Which is fine but just say that. Quit getting people’s hopes up just to let them down. Your actions over the past 2-3 months really scream that you don’t respect your viewers and they really overall mean nothing to you. I highly doubt anyone close to you has no idea why you stopped posting to TH-cam and you don’t need to go in to any detail, but if you are done just say that. Quit making hollow promises.
What makes it worse is now he doesn't even have to take time to make a video explanation. I've seen plenty of others just type out an update saying hey sorry I'm going to be gone for a bit. It would take like 2 minutes, but he still can't be bothered.

Last thing I’m gonna say is this: doubt you ever see this Johnny but what you are doing to your loyal subscribers is brutally unfair. Like I don’t care what is going on in your life, you should be able to send out a 2 second tweet or video just saying not to expect content on a regular basis anymore. I mean the last mention of content you told us to expect was daily: and you’ve posted 2 videos in that time.
