I must have missed that video of you making that duster. Gonna have to go watch it. It’s Super adorable! A little fyi: I married a plumber. If you’re going to dump hot liquid down the sink, run the cold water while doing that. The hot liquid will eventually end up damaging the pipe if you don’t. 🫶

So wonderful Tracey! Another great vid from you! . I love tea dyeing…I experimented a lot with tea dyeing some fixed to garment others faded out after laundering but I found some nifty ways to intensify tea dye Color/stain - it’s so wild to dye with plants and tea or coffee without costing so much $$$ and so satisfying!! I just love what you do!!

Traci, i have learned so much from you lately! You have a very creative mind! I do have a question, how permanent is the tea dyeing?

Thanks for sharing. I do dolls but also other larger items of fabric.. I was wondering if I could save the dye ? and if I can do I refrigerate it?

Hi Traci, great instructions as always. I was almost hoping it would dye just a touch darker with the tea for my tastes, but it made me wonder could you maybe use a medium kind of brown rit dye on this ? Meaning do you think it might have just been a bit darker without losing all the beautiful details of the flowers and birds, or would that have been too much ? Thanks again for the video 🥰

I have tried dye to make it darker in the past, it's kinda risky. There is just something about the tea color that is in a class all it's own. If I wanted it darker I would double the tea, steep it longer and soak the duster longer...ooooh that might be gorgeous!🤗💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
