I know this Video is extremely old. But I just want to say- 9 Years Later from the Time that this was even put out... The time of writing is the 29th of June 2023 But I got up to the Part about Korah and Moses and being humbled as a leader and the Pastor here has no idea what he's talking about and how relevant it could be for me. But I just want to share that I have been going through the Calvary Chapel Ontario TH-cam and I love it all... But I came across this video and I am a preacher myself and I have been battling with some things. And I messed up my preaching and was struggling with anger... And I have not been able to lately really get into prayer with the Lord... And I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT AT THE 31ST MINUTE OF THIS VIDEO... THE HOLY SPIRIT STARTED TO TALK TO ME AND HE HELPED ME VIA THIS MESSAGE AND TOLD ME TO AS A PREACHER TO HUMBLE MYSELF AND TO GET ON MY FACE AND TO REPENT TO MY CONGREGATION... AND THIS IS 9 YEARS OLD 😮😮😮 THE LORD DOES NOT EVER STOP SURPRISING ME!!! THANKYOU CALVARY CHAPEL ONTARIO!!! BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY THANKYOU JESUS 🙏🙏✝️
Pastor Paul, your sermons are always good to the last drop. And what I mean by that, is that you always have a strong one-line sentence to close it. It’s truly the Holy Spirit working through you because these statements seem totally spontaneous. In this one, you ended with, “you need to wait until you see their fruits before you open your hearts to them.” Such a good summary of the passage. Thank you!
This is so helpful. Esp. the part about even when we make mistakes, if we are in Christ it will be good fruit. It feels so bad to fall, but when it can be used as good fruit, we can be like, "Hey, I did that and it didn't benefit me. Don't do it." Or, "Here's how to defeat that mistake I made," or whatever. We know we won't be perfect, but when it's in God's hands, He makes good use of it❤️ TY, Jesus!
