Wow, somebody else that does what I do. I spend all kind of time maintaining a big place, and sometimes I ask myself WHY!! I could be out boating or something, but I like the way the place looks, and I REALLY LIKE the compliments I get.

Interesting video, thanks. It is helpful to see how easy is the mainenance and how it can follow the ground with holes and bumps (I have wild pigs in my estate with olive trees that make holes in the ground). I was wondering, what is its weight and if my driver mower (instead of a quad) can haul it even with some slopes...
I am about to buy an ATV but my land is mostly slopes and hills….can I put on reel and use it effectively on slopes?

Nice setup, but my 30 year old twin B&S 16hp 42" cut Snapper rear engine rider will do the same BUT leaves a better cut, & grass / weeds are the same heigth

@@Projectoftheday jag har en gammal utsliten åkgräsklippare som jag anv till samma ändamål och resultatet ser likvärdigt ut. Tänkte uppdatera till en sån där slaghack men de verkar inte va så mycket bättre känns det som
Ticdaniel det som är sjukt bra med slaghackan är stora rullen under. Så man kör den i dikeskanten så kan den hänga ut i diket en bra bit och ta sly. Även jag har en gammal trädgprdstraktor men är inte alls samma
Jag blev less på att slagorna gick sönder hela tiden så jag gjorde egna. 10mm tjockt plattjärn, funkar skitbra.

tractor with a bush hog......much easier and better cut.
Actually, for what he is cutting, a flail mower gives a much better cut than a bush hog. I have a guy who uses a bush hog on my parents back acreage, just to keep the weeds down a few times a year. I'm not saying this particular unit does as good of a job as a dedicated flail mower on the back of a tractor, but with the exception of a field with "true" small trees and such, the flail mower will do a much better and nicer looking job. This is a great video comparing Bush Hog, Flail Mower and a Finish mower.

Spännande, själv känner jag att höjden funkar bra för hur det ser ut hos mig.
Hur gammal är din? Min är en lite äldre model (köpte den 2014 på Kellfri). Om du ser på deras sida så har den nuvarande versionen mycket större öppning baktill så jag modifierade min så också. Det hjälpte också till att hantera högt gräs (1m+).
