Just so you guys know, he’s not actually drunk. This behavior is a mixture between not getting enough sleep and basically living off of energy drinks. He is incredibly tired and has way too much energy at the same time so in order to exert that energy he is unconsciously (without realizing) doing and saying random stuff.
