I do around 1500/2500 miles per year in mine a silver grey 2004 manual car, I take it to my work a lot mainly and it’s been improved and subtly modified as to when things break or fail and so on. But she is a joy to drive, still after all these years it makes me smile and more than ever recently the comments I get from people seeing it on the road is more than ever, I may retire her in 3/4 yrs and restore her a good bit, but for now she is active all year round and I’m in Scotland which has some harsh and fun winters.
Yes it does! There's extensive exhaust work done, we listed it in the video I believe. Status Gruppe mufflers and headers are among the headline exhaust mods though.
Glad you enjoyed the video. Enjoy that car, they're special! We would LOVE to do a video on an E39 M5, but unless one comes through our pre-owned department, it would be tough for us to get our hands on one. Unless a generous viewer wants to lend us one for an hour or two :)
Such is life with aftermarket carbon fiber body parts :/ Even with a discount, I suspect an OEM CSL trunk would be big money, but a nice suggestion nonetheless!

We love to hear stories of well-loved older BMW's! Sounds like you've got a nice one as well. Enjoy it!
Really nice videos from a bmw dealer, thx
Thank you! Really appreciate the positive feedback, glad you enjoyed the video!
beautiful. what's spec and colour of the apex wheels plz and any spacers being used? many thanks
Thanks! The color is Anthracite, but Joe isn't sure of the exact wheel specs, as he bought the car with those wheels already installed.
That exhaust sounds brutal, what exhaust mods does it have?

Also, are you guys going to MPACT 2022?
Our TH-cam and socials team will be there! Not as representatives of BMW of Morristown, but as BMW enthusiasts :)
The engine lives in the Z4M as well.
Indeed it does, how could we forget. That's one of my personal favorite S54 applications... such a nice looking car.
I have an E46 M3…great to see this content…may I suggest an E39(my daily) if you have one…nice vid!!
Glad you enjoyed the video. Enjoy that car, they're special!

Joe should use his employee discount to get an OEM CSL trunk. The gaps on that replica carbon trunk are huge.

I have think an oem csl lid is not cheap even with a massive discount
She's a runner
Yes she is! Like a top, even at 170k miles.
@@bmwofmorristown9038 keep the rubber on the road 😉
