سب کو یاد ہوگا آج سے چند سال پہلے 2022 کو ہمارے ڈیلرز حضرات نے ایفل ٹاور کے حوالے سے احتجاج کیا تھا جس کے بعد سٹی ہاؤسنگ کی انتظامیہ نے وعدہ کیا کی اسی سال ستمبر میں کام شروع ہوگا جو نا ہوسکا پھر مارچ 2023 کی تاریخ دی گئی وہ بھی گزر گیا اب دس ماہ کا وقت دیا گیا ھے ، توصیف صاحب Covid کا بہانہ بنا رہے ہیں ، بہرحال یہ خوش آئند بات ھے کہ اگر وہ دس ماہ میں اپنا وعدہ پورا کرتے ہیں

Brothers Citi Housing management has already delayed Eiffel Tower by almost 3 years and this guy is not convincing at all instead of blaming them. Please do not go for adjustment. Hold your files. If you have the holding power, you will be able to sell this plot at a higher rate in future, they are taking additional money now, and they will sell you the same files to the Eiffel Tower at a higher rate in future.

@@propertyfairdealing Ji butt Sb aap se koi shikayat nahi. Mein bhaion ko keh raha tha k apni holding power increase karen. 1-2 saal hold karen yehi files 30-35 lakh tak sell hon gi. Apni market mein supply ziyada hai aur demand kam jis ki wajah se files sasti bik rahi hein.
Baki agar 1 saal tak b delivery de den tou bohat acha hai. Lekin management ne itmay waday kiye hein k ab tabhi yaween aaye ga jab plot handover karen ge.
Agar koi 5 ya 10 marla walk files sell krma chahta hai tou I am willing to buy.
