Thank You! It's entirely too much work! its a 150 year old farmhouse surrounded by subdivision, which is real common in this area of TN. Im getting too old to crawl all over it maintaining it like I used to. and heck ya its cold LOL im ready for a condo in south Fl! I warm up by the heater, run out and do 6 min, then back to the heater! Peace!
