  • Hearst Castle, known formally as La Cuesta Encantada (Spanish for "The Enchanted Hill"), is a historic estate in San Simeon, located on the Central Coast of California. Conceived by William Randolph Hearst, the publishing tycoon, and his architect Julia Morgan, the castle was built between 1919 and 1947. Today, Hearst Castle is a museum open to the public as a California State Park and registered as a National Historic Landmark and California Historical Landmark.

Thank you for taking us on this wonderful tour of Hearst Castle, this vlog was so informative and interesting to watch. I will definitely visit the next time I’m in the Bay Area, hopefully they’ll have some fries available to go along with that grass fed burger 🍔🤣

I love your tour vlogs! How did you space out your 3 Hearst Castle
tours? Did you do them over 2 days?

Hi Sean, thank you so much for the wonderful comment. We actually did all three tours in one day and let me tell you we were exhausted at the end lol. Thank you for watching 😊

There is another castle in McCloud, California. I don’t think you tour it.

Hi Tammy, that castle is also owned by the Hearst corporation but unfortunately it’s not available to the public. Thank you for watching 😊

If I hear heavy breathing, I'm done. I've been there anyway.

That tends to happen to someone with a lot of walking and a lot of steps……

Wow this tour guy had a lot of hands on everything in there and truly loves the lack of pool access for employees (sarcasm) 🤣 But in all seriousness this place is quiet beautiful, never been, but I did see on the news when the pool becomes available for public like y’all mention based on fee and limited ticket. On to the next adventure 🫶🏻
