You need a serum to treat it. You can try the Anua niacinamide and TXA serum. Use it in the mornings. Then get a moisturizer that contain ceramides. You can also try Kojie acid soap. Please check my videos from two months ago. I did a Monday to Sunday routine for hyperpigmentation.
