Well this is the only track I’ve built like this one that is glass smooth which takes a great deal more work and around 200 large dump truck loads of dirt. So there is the cost of dirt, tractor, labor and sprinkler system. Probably around 16+k for this location. They got all their dirt for free too. Normal pit bike builds are cheaper.

Nearly 0 maintenance track they can have ready to ride at any given time, for kids and adults. The dude has neighbors all around, big bikes would be illegal and wayyy too big for this mini track. There are no tracks close by. Bummer you can’t understand why, I ask the exact opposite question as to why more people don’t put in the effort to have cool shit but would instead rather complain about other people actually doing and having the cool shit.
