Looks great.When your making the sauce tho ,you dont want the pan to be to hot to where you hear a sizzle when you put the lemon in.If its that hot you will evaporate the lemon and basically be left with a pot of butter.Put it on a nice medium heat in a seperate pan and just heat it up untill it hot ,but not boiling or sizzling
that was CAPERS (in english) they are usually sold in a jar with salt brine. They add a balance to lemon,,, i think capers are soft like peas, are berries that come from the caper plant.
