Really awesome, it looks really good, simple and shown very well. Only thing I would recommend would be during speed ups to turn mute the audio and play something over. Could be a voice over or some background music

Hello I knows its been a long time since this video has been uploaded. But what are the measurements for the walls of the tray. Like how thick and wide is it? I am still a beginner at this kinda stuff so its a bit difficult for me to tell.

i think they were half an inch, i dunno i mostly just used stuff that i had laying around. It doesnt need to be exact, its your piece, just make it how it looks right to you. Honestly after i made it, i would of made the "dice holding area" bigger, it was tough getting dice out of it sometimes. Even if you're new dont be afraid to do your own thing, or put your own spin on something

Hey Joel I know this vidoe was a while ago but can you explain how you cut into the sides to create space for the base?

i just set my table saw fence to be 1 saw blade thick, from the bottom, and then dropped the blade to half the thickness of the wood, and did that twice to recess the bottom

@@lyrebirdfurniture522 Thanks brother. I'm gonna give this a go. The recessed bottom looks clean.

@@johnnicholson4268 just make sure you cut that two saw blades off the divider part, otherwise its going to stick up higher than the sides.

@@lyrebirdfurniture522 because the bottom adds height at the base. Okay makes sense!

Nice tutorial, despite the chipmunk voices. However, not very useful for those who don't own a workshop.
