I like them! The only thing I'd do different is cut out a hole in the middle so you can see where your fork tops are. This might not be an issue for your tractor but in my skidsteer, I've a huge blind spot with the plate.
Well done young man. Good skills both on video recording and assembling, does your forks go down enough to pickup pallets off the ground? Don't know how long you have been welding but to remark as you did so boldly on how good you are, you must've been running into some rude people. I can not yet wire weld and my stick welding leaves a great deal to be desired. Put it this way, your welds, extremely professional, mine looks like a bowel movement from a robotic dog. Getting better and it's good enough for me. Enjoyed your video.
Can you show the link for the plate from Amazon? All welding videos have some teenager saying, “My welds in my shop class look better than yours”, forgetting to mention that one single weld for the entire year looked good while the instructor held his hand on a perfect practice piece with ideal settings.

Keep it simple. If you’re on pavement, looks like the forks won’t sit flat because the FEL is about 3-4” lower. Is that a problem?
I havent had any problems picking up pallets on pavement
