In this case I don't think he really assumed the Zerg had nothing else, which is why he typed gg, I know it's considered offensive in all cases, but cases are different.
I love how there's a bonus after the credits on this one. It's like a Marvel movie.

A Dark Archon Mind Controled a Zerg drone.
The drone was a very proud Protoss. And ever since, has been building units and bases that fight for the Glory of Aiur.
If you think about it, the zerg has probably spawned in more zerg on to aiur than has ever been born of Protoss.
According to the lore, every race can access stuff from every other race. Zerg have neural, protoss have Mind Control, and terrans have hive mind emulator and whatever tech the UED used to get a "pet overmind" in Brood War, which means they have neural, too.
That lore is actually super based and wholesome. It would actually be cool to see a zerg skin where they're all decked out in golden and glowing armor.

There's a video named "Glad I could make it, Arthas". It's a fan made recreation where Arthas and Uther say each others lines instead. It's good for a quick chuckle.

That's a good offensive recall, there's so little anti-air and there's no detection even, it could've gone much better and ended earlier if he just continue on with the aggression

the second zerg was big brain after all because nydus makes noise when spawning, so he had to use overlords to keep his expansions secret
I think the Nidus play would have been to mass invade Protoss main base rather than expanding. The drone drop to stealthily expand out of containment was swag as hell though.
For a sec I thought this was Brood war with that Nexus skin

14:00 This was the exact strategy I developed to cannon rush zerg. Except I stopped at 2 cannons, and rushed air behind the contain. However, with correct placement and timing it was possible to not only get cannons without them noticing, but then get their hatch, which makes the cannons more than worth it. Then they go roaches to counter the cannons, and breakout, and right about the time they are patting themselves on the back, I hit them with air.
Before watching I was thinking that it could be a pro game, and got sad cause it wouldn't work. Then, the video started and I hear "viewer submitted game". Suddenly, everything was irrelevant but this. Ready to go! XD
After watching it: Totally worth it!

My feelings about Uther Lightbringer have always been tainted by him being the subject of a not as fun naval escort mission in Warcraft II. It was fun to see him in Warcraft III, but I could just never quite forgive him...
Oh damn, I had completely forgotten that one.
It was one of my favorite missions actually (tactical puzzles were so rare those days), but i get where you're coming from
Protoss don't need to bathe because the shields keep us clean from by protecting us from dirt and particles and most foes can't get through them.

Necromortis is actually a pretty redundant name, it means "DeathDeath". Nothing I would be especially proud of.
First game, I'd guess high diamond. They both knew how to macro and terran kind of knew how to do a timing attack.
Second game I'd guess bronze or low silver. They were both absolutely terrible.

I suck at SC but I enjoy watching. Started playing Direct Strike again because I suck at Starcraft and omg I forgot how toxic some of the people are but it’s fun to annoy them by calling Direct strike an add-on to Starcraft and that it’s okay to lose. What you guys think is Direct strike an add-on or are you playing Starcraft? I say add-on because when I think Starcraft I think what we see in the video.
Edit: StarCraft: an rts mine ya minerals, build ya base, build ya army, kill ya opponent.
Direct Strike: place units on a board while earning passive income as they get sent wave by wave to fight the opponent.
They just ain’t the same game

GloryForAuir makes perfect sense as a Zerg. Aiur was tasty and the zerg glorify it.
if you like ancient egypt stuff lowko you should alo check out the emerald tablets of thoth which are the hermetic principles ( book Kybalion). Goes into rules of our reality the egyptians believed in!

I never shower when I play Protos
Zerg player here. Can confirm I shower at least 5 times a day. It's what keeps my creep moist.
Protoss players definitely don't shower. That's why MaxPaxx doesn't come to offline tournaments (drops mic)

The viewer submitted casts are my favorite! Nothing like watching a player snatch defeat from the jaws of victory!
i frickin love those cheese games where after ( for example this cannon rush in the 2nd game ) the player goes "now what" and tries to fabricate the next step in the grand plan, it creates some awkward and extremely funky games

Most pro players respond with muscle memory against optimised builds so they don't need to think on the fly. And then we have timeless low-elo classics such as a Mommyship rushing to step all over your D league hopes and dreams...
Generally as a rule, I always root for the Protoss in a PvZ. I make an exception for GloryOfAiur for several reasons.
The second match is exactly how I picture Terran and Protoss would contain a Zerg threat on a real world scenario
With the mothership recall, should have recalled a single probe with him so he could drop a proxy pylon to reinforce, rather than wait for another 100 energy to mass recall

I think you'd have to do something wild like missile turret rush your opponent's overlords and supply cap them while you use hellions to take down the base.

I like your in this video a lot more. When first you started casting viewer submitted games, you were too forgiving. Like never saying a bad word, God forbid kinda of a good boring guy. Then you became a complete jerk to people, criticizing what people were doing just because they were not following sweaty, try hard meta. Now you strike a happy balance. Instead of being mean to the players in question, you parody their actions through analogies, stories and satire. That is a lot better for people who played those games and a lot more interesting for us to watch you.
While these were not most exciting viewer submitted games, I liked your commentary in them a lot better.
It is weird watching low ranked starcraft 2 players, because I was never that bad at SC2. I had lots of prior RTS experience and even though I never learned build orders, or what units countered what, I started in plat and ended with around a 60% wr when I got bored a bit later.
Guys I figured it out. Glory for Aire is a huge anno player such as myself and he pulled out the transport trick out of the bag. Its genius. Combianing game mechqnics is the best 🤣
Why is the video quality so low? All your other videos stream in hd but this seems stuck at 480p and I can't change it in the playback options.
I am actually glad zerg won that. I was rooting for him even before the gg because cannon rushers are gay and zerg at least theoretically knew that workers are good. After those hatches popped, at one point he was making 9 drones at once.
