Can someone please tell me, if this song was published on any album? :o I searched for it but either my japanese is way too bad (it is :D) or I just couldnt find anything for it :( I really love especially this song (beneath any other song from Ishii) and want to support him by buying his music x3 If anyone could help me with this I would really appreciate it!

I looked into it and from what I understand, this is a single he released for free on his blog (specifically in June of 2013). The blog is still up and he's actively creating new and free music there, even today. It's in Japanese, but if you understand it or have a page translator you could still follow for more.
