I think they should have made it like India. If the express pass is taken once you reach the top of the stairs, you can get an good old FF, but both players have to shave their heads.
Feels like zip lining is really the way to go down once you reach the top, you can see lot of people on side waiting for their turn om zipline when S/AL zip lining
I think it would depend on the rules. On the other hand, it is true that someone working on the race could have called up and said: " Let them zip down. They are toast anyway". Me, I am absolutely amazed they did not get eliminated.

Regarding the loose pill discussion, in Derek and Claire's "what's in our Amazing Race bag" video here on TH-cam they had all sorts of pills mixed into one bottle and didn't mention having any issues with that.
The Amazing Race is the best TV show in the history of TV since I've been watching TV that I just can't...They don't make it easy to win it's absolutely brutal...I was exhausted just watching this episode and I was in bed...I love this show and have been watching since it's first episode I just can't !!!...just sayn
With a zipline. they have multiple harnesses. When the next person is ready, you just slap the next "skate" or whatever onto the wire and hook up the next rider. The one I went to they had a big barrel full of skates/handles/whatever so people could go one after the other (as soon as the previous rider was off the wire)
I want Todd and Ashleigh to win a leg, but not the race. Not that I would mind them winning, they're just not my favorites, but I want them to win a leg because, as has been pointed out on the pod cast, they seem to be big fans of the show. Additionally, they rode the middle so long and had a real shot to be first this week, but barely lost to a team that has already won a couple in a row, so it was a little tough seeing them get to the mat.
I thought them adding in the elevator scene was going to be something more to it. Greg/Jon were about to go on the elevator and one says it's gotta be on foot so when Steve/Anna Leigh were going on the elevator, I thought they were going to get in trouble. What was the point of showing that scene with Greg/Jon at all then if nothing was going to happen Anna Leigh and Steve, I found it to be a little suspect tbh.
The clue said "travel on foot to...". We would normally just think that was saying don't use a vehicle, but since Greg and John happened to be near an elevator, they questioned it and took the stairs just to be positive. At the comment of it being suspect, if the race were breaking its own rules, I don't think they would've gone out of the way to highlight it. Especially when it wasn't even relevant to the results. As for why they used that footage, I think they showed it to show how the race makes people overthink things and subsequently used Greg and John's overthinking to cause drama where we thought Analeigh and Steve might get a penalty resulting in their loss.

I thought Greg/Jon did not park in the designated area in the last garage. They seemed to just grab the first spot available, not by the ribboned off spots where the first couple parked. So I had it in my mind they would be penalized.

I feel like Steve and Ana Leigh should have had to walk back down the stairs instead of zip lining when they didn’t get the Express Pass.

I went zip lining in Hawaii. 9 ziplines--the you hook onto the zipline is attached to your harness. You bring it with you.

Regarding allowing Steve and annaleigh to zipline down , I think the stairs were too steep to safely navigate down.
I think they shouldn’t have been able to take the elevator as it seems that all the other persons went back down the spiral stairs
